Reception

Thinaboomi critic wrote that ". Overall, 'Dappankuthu' has brought glory to the street art." [5]

Dinakaran critic wrote that :" The song sequence focusing on 45 rivers is special." [6] Maalai Malar critic rated three out of five star and wrote that " Expressing the story of the film through songs is a new effort." [7]
