Dark Hall is an instrumental Jazz fusion band formed in April 1992.
The band started out as a trio with bassist Steve DiGiorgio, drummer Chris Dugan, and saxophone/flute player Flamp Sorvari. They were initially only a studio project, but soon after forming, they added guitarist Eric Cutler to the lineup. They recorded a demo they named Solace and distributed it through mail orders, local distributors, and several underground music fan-zines. In 1995, Cutler was replaced by Ken Schultz. The band released another untitled demo with 5 songs, which helped them become noticed and play more live shows. Another demo was recorded in 1998, and due to it being no longer produced, the 4 songs are available for download on their web site, along with 1 song from the 1994 demo.

He is best known for working with numerous acts such as Sadus, Death, Testament, Sebastian Bach, Iced Earth, Autopsy, Obituary, Control Denied, Dragonlord and Charred Walls of the Damned, and he has performed on over 50 albums as a guest, session or full-time band musician.
Autopsy is an American death metal band founded in 1987 by Chris Reifert and Eric Cutler. They disbanded in 1995 but reunited in 2009.
Testament is an American thrash metal band from Berkeley, California. Formed in 1983 under the name Legacy, the band's current lineup comprises guitarists Eric Peterson and Alex Skolnick, lead vocalist Chuck Billy, drummer Gene Hoglan, and bassist Steve Di Giorgio. Testament has experienced many lineup changes over the years, with Peterson being the only remaining original member, though they have since been rejoined by one of its co-founders Skolnick, who was out of the band from 1992 to 2005. Billy replaced original singer Steve "Zetro" Souza in 1986, prior to the recording of their first studio album, The Legacy, and has been a member of the band since. He and Peterson are the only members to appear on all of Testament's studio albums.
Sadus is an American thrash metal band from Antioch, California, active from 1984 to 2015, and again since 2017. Originally a quartet, they are known for the unique, borderline death/black metal growling of vocalist Darren Travis, and bassist Steve Di Giorgio. Since their inception, Sadus has released five studio albums, one compilation album and four demos, and had only one lineup change, when guitarist Rob Moore left the band in 1993; instead of replacing him, the band has since continued as a trio.

Severed Survival is the debut album by Autopsy released in 1989. This album somewhat continues in the style of Reifert's former band Death. Lyrically the band thrives heavily on horror and gore concepts; nevertheless these are not inspired directly by horror movies, although the title track is based on Stephen King's short story "Survivor Type." The album was very influential for future death metal acts such as Cannibal Corpse, Entombed, and Dismember. It was also a pioneer of gore lyrics. The album features Steve DiGiorgio on bass.

The full album was first available for digital download on April 22, 2008, and was released on CD on May 20, 2008. The title track "Stop Drop and Roll" was featured in the 2010 American comedy film Get Him to the Greek, although it was not on the soundtrack album.
The 40th Anniversary Henry Cow Box Set is a nine-CD plus one-DVD limited edition box set by English avant-rock group Henry Cow, and was released by RēR Megacorp in January 2009. It consists of almost 10 hours of previously unreleased recordings made between 1972 and 1978 from concerts, radio broadcasts, one-off projects, events and the studio. Included are new compositions, over four hours of free improvisation, and live performances of some of Henry Cow's original LP repertoire.
The Gathering is the eighth studio album by American thrash metal band Testament, released on June 8, 1999. It was the first release the band had done with Spitfire Records. Co-produced by band members, Chuck Billy and Eric Peterson, this was the first album featuring new musicians Steve DiGiorgio on bass guitar and Dave Lombardo on drums. Billy, Peterson and Lombardo, along with longtime Testament collaborator Del James, are also given composer credits on the album.
