Dave Anthony Magazu (June 10, 1957 - December 17, 2021) was an offensive line coach and a tight ends coach with the Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, and Birmingham Iron. [1]

South Iredell High School is a public school located near Troutman, North Carolina and is part of the Iredell-Statesville school system. South Iredell High is designated an Expected Growth School of Distinction by the North Carolina ABCs Accountability program. It educates students from surrounding areas including Troutman and south Statesville, North Carolina. The school was constructed in 1966 to replace Troutman High School. The school's enrollment was about 800 students in the 2005–2006 school year. Attendance was double that figure before 2002, when Lake Norman High School was created to alleviate South Iredell's overcrowding. In 2018 the school's enrollment had grown to just under 1600 students. The school has options for both traditional schooling and an IB Program. The school's mascot is the Viking and the school colors are navy blue and gold.

The Hornets had the 13th overall pick in the 1996 NBA draft, and selected high school basketball star Kobe Bryant, but soon traded him to the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Vlade Divac, acquired Anthony Mason from the New York Knicks, and signed free agent Tony Smith during the off-season. Dennis Raetz is former American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Indiana State University from 1980 to 1997 and returned as interim head coach for part of the 2007 season. Raetz was the defensive coordinator at Indiana State in 1978 and 1979. He is the leader at Indiana State in tenure, wins (93) and playoff appearances (2). Raetz also served as a scout for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL) from 2003 to 2005, when the franchise won two Grey Cup championships.

The 2021 Michigan Wolverines football team represented the University of Michigan a member of the East Division of the Big Ten Conference during the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. In their seventh year under head coach Jim Harbaugh, the team compiled an overall record of 12–2 record with a mark of 8–1 against conference opponents, won the Big Ten championship, outscored opponents by a total of 501 to 243, and was ranked No. 3 in the final AP and Coaches Polls. The NBA 75th Anniversary Team, also referred to as the NBA 75, was chosen in 2021 to honor the 75th anniversary of the founding of the National Basketball Association (NBA). It was the fourth and most recent anniversary team in the league. Similar to the 50 Greatest Players in NBA History named in 1996, a panel of reporters, current and former players, coaches, general managers, and team executives selected the greatest players in league history. Tasked with compiling a list of 75 players, the committee named an additional 76th member due to a tie in voting. It was built as part of the league's anniversary celebration during the 2021–22 NBA season. Forty-five of the seventy-six players were later assembled in Cleveland, during the halftime ceremony of the 2022 All-Star Game.
