Dave Stilley (born January 8, 1974) is an American lacrosse player. He has played for the New York Titans, Colorado Mammoth and the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League, and also the New Jersey Pride in Major League Lacrosse. Stilley won NLL titles in 1998 and 2001 with the Wings, and in 2006 in Colorado. He was selected in the 11th round in the first ever MLL Collegiate Draft. [1]
Stilley was a two time All-American while attending Duke University, and also a prep All American at Haverford School. He retired from the MLL in 2005, [2] and from all lacrosse after the 2007 NLL season. [3] [4] [5] Prior to the 2009 NLL season Stilley came out of retirement to join the New York Titans.
Stilley joined the Philadelphia Wings front office as Assistant GM under Johnny Mouradian for the 2010 MLL Season. [6]
Stilley returned to coaching, joining the Shipley School Gators in Bryn Mawr, PA for the 2012 season. [7] [8] He was also hired as the defensive coordinator for the Reading Rockets of the Professional Lacrosse League, which only lasted one season. [9]
In 2015, the Colorado Mammoth named an award after him, which is given to the best defender on the team. The inaugural award was given to Dan Coates. [10]

The National Lacrosse League (NLL) is a men's professional box lacrosse league in North America. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the NLL currently has fifteen teams: ten in the United States and five in Canada. The NLL ranks third in average attendance for pro indoor sports worldwide, behind only the NHL and NBA. Unlike other box lacrosse leagues which play in the summer, the NLL plays its games in the winter and spring, from December to June. Each year, the playoff teams battle for the National Lacrosse League Cup. The NLL has averaged between 8,900 and 10,700 spectators per game each year since 2004.
The Calgary Roughnecks are a professional box lacrosse team based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They are members of the Western Division of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) and play their home games at Scotiabank Saddledome. The team name is derived from the roughnecks who work drilling rigs in Alberta's oil and gas industry. The team is affectionately known by fans as the Riggers.
Gary Charles Gait is a Canadian retired professional lacrosse player and currently the head coach of the men's lacrosse team at Syracuse University, where he played the sport collegiately. On January 24, 2017, he was named the Interim Commissioner of the United Women's Lacrosse League.
John Christopher Grant Jr. is a professional lacrosse player who has played in Major League Lacrosse, the National Lacrosse League, and the Ontario Lacrosse Association. Grant Jr. was named men's lacrosse Offensive Coordinator at Johns Hopkins in 2020.
Jake Bergey is a retired lacrosse player. Bergey played ten seasons for the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League. Bergey is the son of former NFL star Bill Bergey, and brother of fellow lacrosse player Josh Bergey.

Brendan Mundorf is an American lacrosse player who played for the Denver Outlaws of Major League Lacrosse and the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. He currently plays for the Chesapeake Bayhawks.

Matt Danowski is a former professional lacrosse Attackman who played in Major League Lacrosse (MLL) and the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) for 12 seasons. He finished his career with the Chrome Lacrosse Club, announcing his retirement on February 22, 2021. He previously played for the Chesapeake Bayhawks, Charlotte Hounds, New York Lizards, and the New Jersey Pride. Danowski also spent four seasons playing professional indoor lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League for the Colorado Mammoth, Rochester Knighthawks and Philadelphia Wings. He was a four-time college All-American at Duke University, won the Tewaaraton Trophy in 2007, and was the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer at the time of his graduation with 353 points. He is now fifth all-time on that list behind Lyle Thompson (400), Pat Spencer (380), Connor Fields (364), and Rob Pannell (354).
Matt Zash is a retired lacrosse player, formerly of the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League, and of the Long Island Lizards of Major League Lacrosse. He plans to wed in the summer of 2014 and move to Bangladesh to start an orphanage and raise the awareness of Lacrosse across Asia.
The 2009 National Lacrosse League season, the 23rd in the history of the NLL, began January 3, 2009 in Buffalo, Portland, and Sunrise, Florida, and concluded with the Calgary Roughnecks defeating the New York Titans 12—10 in the Champion's Cup on May 15, 2009 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Dave Huntley was a Canadian lacrosse player and head coach and general manager with the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. Huntley played collegiate lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University where he helped his team win two national championships. In 1979, Huntley was honored with the McLaughlin Award, which is presented annually to the nation's most outstanding college lacrosse midfielder. His son, Kevin Huntley, was also an All-American at Johns Hopkins. Huntley was also the first ever head coach for the Toronto Nationals. David Huntley died December 18, 2017 after suffering a heart attack while attending a box lacrosse game in Delray Beach, Florida.
Ned Crotty is an American professional lacrosse player with the Chrome Lacrosse Club of the Premier Lacrosse League. He formerly played for the Dallas Rattlers of Major League Lacrosse, and played for the NCAA Division I college lacrosse team at Duke University. He also played indoor lacrosse for the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. Crotty signed to be a part of the Premier Lacrosse League in 2018.
