Lee Hun Chung (이헌정) is a South Korean artist. He is famous for working with ceramics and concrete in a wide range from small objects to large installations. Lee creates modern day pieces using techniques and colors dating back to the Joseon Dynasty. Lee attended Hong-ik University in Seoul from 1986–1991 with a BFA in ceramic sculpture. Noah Horowitz is an American art historian and the CEO of Art Basel since 2022. Horowitz was previously at Sotheby’s as Worldwide Head of Gallery & Private Dealer Services, and held the post of Director Americas at Art Basel from 2015 to 2021. He has a Ph.D. in art history from the Courtauld Institute of Art in London and is the author of Art of the Deal: Contemporary Art in a Global Financial Market, published by Princeton University Press in 2011 and released as a paperback in 2014.
Alex Diamond is the name of an art project that was initiated in 2004 by the Hamburg artist Jörg Heikhaus. Jörg Heikhaus is also the founder of the gallery 'heliumcowboy' in Hamburg, whose operation was temporarily suspended in 2013 to devote himself better to his own work as an artist. Until 2012, the project was promoted without a direct link to the artist himself, which made it unknown who was behind the pseudonym. The purpose of this secrecy was to perform various self-presentations and explore the extent to which an artist without an explicit identity can establish itself. At the beginning of 2010, the artist dropped his anonymity and uses Alex Diamond as a pseudonym. Following the end of the project with an exhibition at Kunstverein Buchholz in 2012, Heikhaus continued to use the Alex Diamond artist name.
Markus Dochantschi is a German-born architect based in New York. He is a registered architect in the United Kingdom and Germany, as well as a member of the American Institute of Architects. As the founder and principal of studioMDA, a New York–based, multidisciplinary design firm, Dochantschi has been recognized as one of the world's preeminent designers of art and cultural spaces. Dochantschi and his firm have designed more than thirty galleries, and over 200 international art booths and exhibitions, earning Dochantschi the title of "the Art World's New Go-To Architect” in 2017. The firm has also designed institutional buildings, auction houses, and private residences.
