David N. Farr is a British historian, schoolmaster and Deputy Head of Norwich School. [1]

Farr was educated at Queen Mary and Westfield College, London and Clare Hall, Cambridge. It was from Cambridge that he gained his PhD for a thesis detailing the life of John Lambert, which has since been published.

Farr is Deputy Head (Director of Studies) at Norwich School. He is a principal examiner for AQA and has written A level history textbooks (see above). He is a fellow of the Royal Historical Society.

Major General John Lambert, also spelt 'Lambart', September 1619 to March 1684 was an English Parliamentarian general and politician. Times Like These is a studio album released by British hip-hop trio Friday Hill, consisting of three members of the group Blazin' Squad. The album was released on 27 February 2006, peaking at #67 on the UK Albums Chart and selling less than 4,000 copies. The album spawned the singles "Baby Goodbye" and "One More Night Alone". The album features the radio mix of "One More Night Alone", despite a full-length version of the song appearing as part of the single release. The album covers a range of different genres of music, including pop, hip-hop and indie.

Dont Give It Up (Siobhán Donaghy song) 2007 single by Siobhán Donaghy

"Don't Give It Up" is the first single from Sugababes member Siobhán Donaghy's second solo album, Ghosts. It was the first song to appear on her MySpace page, and was not originally intended as a single release. However, it was later confirmed for release as the album's lead single due to fan praise. Promotion for the single started in 2007, and the music video was added to YouTube on 25 January 2007. The single was released as a digital download on 9 April 2007 and released physically on 16 April 2007.

Cop That Shit 2003 single by Timbaland & Magoo featuring Missy Elliott

"Cop That Shit", also known in its censored form as "Cop That Disc", is the lead single taken from hip-hop duo Timbaland & Magoo's third studio album, Under Construction, Part II. The track features vocals from Missy Elliott. The single was released on September 29, 2003 in Europe, but was not released in the United Kingdom until March 8, 2004. The track itself refers to people downloading and burning music instead of buying it. All of the tracks' verses are resung verses from classic rap songs, however some of the lyrics are changed. Timbaland's verse is a rewrite of "I Know You Got Soul" by Eric B. & Rakim, Missy's verse is a rewrite of Paper Thin by MC Lyte, and Magoo's verse is a rewrite of "I Got It Made" by Special Ed.

Twist of Fate (Siobhán Donaghy song) 2003 single by Siobhán Donaghy

"Twist of Fate" was the second and final single to be released from former Sugababe Siobhán Donaghy's debut studio album, Revolution in Me. The song failed to reach the heights of previous single "Overrated", which made the UK Singles Chart top forty, peaking at #52. This was her final single to be released with London Records, due to her departure from the record label.

Al Koran (1914–1972) was a British mentalist, author and inventor. He invented the Ring Flite and popularised a version of the Bagshawe deck which became known as the Koran deck. Al Koran was the stage name of Edward Doe, who was a former hairdresser that turned professional magician/mentalist. During World War II he served in Stars in Battledress and later in the Parachute Regiment. Al appeared many times on The Ed Sullivan Show. He emigrated to the United States in January 1969, first to Cleveland, Ohio, and then later settling in Chicago, Illinois. After his death from cancer, his ashes were handled by his friend and fellow magician Billy McComb.

Holger Henke

Holger W. Henke (born in Viersen is a political scientist, educator, and between 2014-2017 served as vice-chancellor for academic affairs and provost at Wenzhou-Kean University in Wenzhou, China. From 2008 to 2014 he was assistant provost at York College, City University of New York. He has previously taught at Metropolitan College of New York, and also served as associate professor of political history at Kean University. In the late 1990s he was the assistant director of the Caribbean Research Center.

"Clock Strikes" is a hip hop song by hip-hop duo Timbaland & Magoo, released as the third single from their debut studio album, Welcome to Our World, on April 14, 1998. The track features rapper Mad Skillz. The single remix of the track uses a sample of theme tune to the hit television show Knight Rider. The song peaked at #37 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, making it their second top 40 hit on the chart after their debut single "Up Jumps da Boogie". It also peaked at on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.

The Treaty of Neutrality signed on 29 September 1642 by Lord Fairfax for Parliament and Henry Bellasis for the Royalists, the two Knights of the Shire who represented Yorkshire in Parliament, with the support and agreement of other gentlemen of the county, in the hope of avoiding civil war in Yorkshire. The treaty was disowned by Parliament on 4 October 1642.

"I Am Who I Am" / "Secret Love" is a double A-side single by Lee Ryan. The single is Lee Ryan's first new solo material since 2007. Secret Love was initially set to be released by itself on 3 May 2010, however, after being postponed from a later release, was cancelled. However, after being packaged with a further new song, "I Am Who I Am", the single was released on 4 July 2010. "I Am Who I Am" was originally written and recorded by British indie band Ben's Brother for their 2007 album, Beta Male Fairytales. The music video for Secret Love was filmed in LA in March 2010. The video premiered in April 2010. In the UK, the single debuted at #33 in its first week and fell to #69 in its second week, making it Ryan's third consecutive single to miss the top twenty. The single spent only two weeks inside the UK Top 100 Singles Chart.
