Davie Mason (born April 3, 1984) is a former Canadian football running back. He went undrafted in the 2009 CFL Draft. He played CIS football for the Ottawa Gee-Gees.

The Ottawa Gee-Gees are the athletic teams that represent the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Ontario.
TD Place Stadium is an outdoor stadium in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is located at Lansdowne Park, on the southern edge of The Glebe neighbourhood, where Bank Street crosses the Rideau Canal. It is the home of the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL), Atlético Ottawa of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) and the Ottawa Gee-Gees football team of Ontario University Athletics (OUA), which represent the University of Ottawa.

Scott Gordon is a former professional Canadian football safety who most recently played for the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League in 2009. He retired from professional football on May 2, 2010. He played CIS football for the Ottawa Gee-Gees, winning the Vanier Cup in 2000, and junior football for the Ottawa Junior Riders, in the Quebec Junior Football League.
Marcel Bellefeuille is a Canadian football coach who is the head coach of the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees and the wide receivers coach for the Philadelphia Stars of the United States Football League (USFL). He originally began his coaching career with Ottawa in 1995 and won the program's second Vanier Cup championship in 2000. He then spent 16 years coaching in the Canadian Football League (CFL), including a stint as the head coach of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats from 2008 to 2011. Bellefeuille returned as head coach of the Gee-Gees in 2020.
Sylvester Patrick "Silver" Quilty was a Canadian football player, referee, coach and sport administrator. As a player, he won the Yates Cup in 1907 with the Ottawa Gee-Gees football team, and was credited as the first man to play the flying wing position. He also played with the Ottawa Rough Riders, and the McGill Redmen football team. After his playing career, he became a football referee and officiated the 10th Grey Cup, and also coached the Ottawa Rough Riders.
Bradley Sinopoli is a former Canadian football wide receiver who played for nine years in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was originally a quarterback with the Calgary Stampeders before being converted to wide receiver in 2013. He then joined the Ottawa Redblacks where he was twice named the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian, was named an East Division All-Star three times, and a CFL All-Star in 2018. He won two Grey Cup championships, after winning with the Stampeders in 2014 and with the Redblacks in 2016, the latter of which he was also named the game's Most Valuable Canadian.
Jamie Barresi is a Canadian football coach who was most recently the head coach of the University of Ottawa's football team, the Ottawa Gee-Gees. He was hired as the team's head coach on January 15, 2013 and coached the team for seven years with a 35-21 record. It was announced on March 20, 2020 that Barresi was leaving the program. He coached professionally in the Canadian Football League for nine years including his role as running backs coach for the BC Lions in 2006 where he won a Grey Cup championship. He played CIAU football as a quarterback for the Gee-Gees from 1976 to 1979.
Jeff Avery is a former professional Canadian football wide receiver for the Ottawa Rough Riders of the Canadian Football League. He was drafted as a territorial exemption in the 1976 CFL Draft by the Rough Riders and would win the Grey Cup with the team that same year. Avery played seven seasons for the Rough Riders, being named a CFL East All-Star in 1977 and 1978. He played CIAU football for the Ottawa Gee-Gees where he won the 1975 Vanier Cup. He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2017 as a reporter.
The Panda Game is a Canadian rivalry football game between the two OUA football teams in Ottawa, Ontario, the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees and Carleton University Ravens. It is one of the oldest and richest rivalries in Canadian university football. Its name is derived from the trophy presented to the winner each year; Pedro the Panda. The game is part of the regular East division season, but is celebrated profusely due to its history, the week preceding the game sometimes referred to as "Panda Week". uOttawa is located in the downtown Sandy Hill neighbourhood of the city, while Carleton is between Old Ottawa South and Dow's Lake.
Brendan Gillanders is a Canadian football running back for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played CIS football at the University of Ottawa. He has also been a member of the Toronto Argonauts.
The University of Ottawa Gee-Gees football team represents the University of Ottawa in the sport of Canadian football. The Gee-Gees compete in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) conference of U Sports. Football at the University of Ottawa began in 1881, it was one of the first established football programs in Canada.
The Carleton Ravens football team represents Carleton University, which is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The Ravens play U Sports football in the Ontario University Athletics conference. The Ravens football program started in 1945 and was continuously in operation until 1998 when the program was disbanded. The football program was brought back to the university in 2011 and began play in 2013. The football team has won one conference championship, winning the Dunsmore Cup in 1985 while playing in the Ontario-Quebec Intercollegiate Football Conference.
Ettore Lattanzio is a former professional Canadian football defensive lineman who played in five seasons in the Canadian Football League, primarily for the Ottawa Redblacks. He is a Grey Cup champion after winning with the Redblacks in 2016.
Lewis Ward is a professional Canadian football placekicker for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played U Sports football at the University of Ottawa for the Gee-Gees.
Jackson Bennett is a professional Canadian football running back for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played U Sports football with the Ottawa Gee-Gees from 2014 to 2017.
Reverend Father William J. Stanton was a Canadian football coach and missionary. He was the head coach of multiple of the Ottawa Gee-Gees teams from the 1900s to 1915 and the head coach of the Ottawa Rough Riders in 1913. He was considered to be one of the greatest Canadian rugby coaches. He retired from coaching in 1915 to become a missionary. Canadian Football Hall of Famer Mike Rodden described him as "The Knute Rockne of his time". He died on January 1, 1937 in a car accident. He was inducted into the Ottawa Gee-Gees Hall of Fame in 1973.
