Dawa Tsering served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bhutan in the 1980s and 1990s, [1] [2] carrying out negotiations to improve Sino-Bhutanese relations. He also worked to strengthen the close relations with the Government of India.
Tsering was born in 1935. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in Economics and Political Science) in 1956 and Bachelor of Law in 1959 from the University of Calcutta. In his career spanning over three and a half decades he served as the education director (1960), secretary general for planning and development wing (1965), and the first minister for the same wing in 1969. In 1972, he became Minister of Foreign Affairs and served the country in that capacity until 1998.
The Druk Thuksel award, 1966, and the Coronation Gold medal, 1974, are two from among several awards he had received (Kuensel, 2007).
Since 1980, the foreign relations of Iraq were influenced by a number of controversial decisions by the Saddam Hussein administration. Hussein had good relations with the Soviet Union and a number of western countries such as France and Germany, who provided him with advanced weapons systems. He also developed a tenuous relation with the United States, who supported him during the Iran–Iraq War. However, the Invasion of Kuwait that triggered the Gulf War brutally changed Iraq's relations with the Arab World and the West. Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria and others were among the countries that supported Kuwait in the UN coalition. Serbian-Spanish relations are foreign relations between Serbia and Spain. Both countries established diplomatic relations on October 14, 1916. Serbia has an embassy in Madrid. Lobsang Sangay is a Tibetan-American politician who is the Sikyong (President) of the Tibetan-government-in-exile, officially known as Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) since 2012 and previously served as Kalön Tripa from 2011 to 2012. Following his election, at the request of the 14th Dalai Lama, the Tibetan parliament-in-exile amended the organisation's bylaws to remove the Dalai Lama's executive authority, making Lobsang Sangay its highest leader. In 2012, to reflect this change, Lobsang Sangay's title as chief executive was changed from kalön tripa to sikyong.
James Boliba Baba is a Ugandan politician and former diplomat. He is the current State Minister for Internal Affairs in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Matia Kasaija, who was appointed State Minister of Finance for Planning. Prior to that, he served as the State Minister in the Office of the Vice President, from 2006 until 2011. On account of his cabinet ministerial position, he is also an ex-officio Member of Parliament (MP).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is the ministry responsible for handling the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's external relations.
