Russell Downing is an English former professional cyclist, who rode competitively between 1999 and 2019 for numerous teams, such as Team Sky and JLT–Condor. He is the younger brother of fellow cyclist Dean Downing, and both brothers competed largely on the UCI Continental Tour and in British Premier Calendar races.
Evan Oliphant is a Scottish bicycle racer from Wick, Caithness, who currently rides for British amateur team Spartans Velo Club.
Kristian House is a British former racing cyclist who rode for the JLT–Condor team from 2008 to 2015, and joined ONE Pro Cycling in 2016. He was the 2009 British Road Race Champion. He has raced in Europe and Australia. He rode for Great Britain in UCI World Cup track events. In 2006, he rode for the Recycling.co.uk team and in 2007 he signed for Navigators Insurance.

Robert Lloyd "Rob" Partridge is a Welsh former professional cyclist from Wrexham, Wales. He represented Wales in the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Inspired after watching the Tour de France on television, he joined the Wrexham Roads Club at an early age. Partridge rode for the Endura Racing team from 2010 to 2012 and rode for the Rapha Condor–Recycling.co.uk team in 2008 and Team Halfords Bikehut in 2009. He was living with the Under 23 GB Squad in Quarrata, Tuscany until June 2007.
Ian Wilkinson is a British racing cyclist from England, who currently rides for British amateur team Spartans Velo Club. A prolific rider, he competes at the top level in cross country and marathon mountain bike racing, cyclo-cross, circuit and road racing. He is a multiple national champion, winning championships as a junior, under 23 and senior rider. He has represented Great Britain at many international events such as World Championships and World Cups in several disciplines. Outside of cycling, Wilkinson's occupation is as a builder.
JLT–Condor was a British UCI continental cycling team. They were previously Rapha Condor–recycling.co.uk following a merger between the recycling.co.uk Pro Cycling Team and the original RaphaCondor team at the end of 2007.
Morgan Kneisky is a French former track and road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2010 and 2020 for the Team Raleigh–GAC, Armée de Terre, Roubaix–Lille Métropole and Groupama–FDJ Continental Team squads. Kneisky is a four-time UCI Track Cycling World Championships gold medallist, winning golds in the madison in 2013 with Vivien Brisse, 2015 with Bryan Coquard and 2017 with Benjamin Thomas, and the scratch in 2009. He retired following the 2021 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.
George Richard Atkins is a British former track and road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2014 and 2016. He was a member of British Cycling's Olympic Development Programme. In 2009 he won the junior race at the British National Road Race Championships. At the 2010 Commonwealth Games he won the silver medal in the track points race. After the Commonwealth Games Atkins took a break from the sport but returned in the summer of 2011.
Simon Richardson is a retired professional road racing cyclist from Bristol who last rode for Team IG–Sigma Sport. He moved into media work after retiring and currently works as a presenter for Global Cycling Network.

Dean Windsor is an Australian professional racing cyclist who is known internationally as a criterium rider. Riding on the Track as a junior Dean Windsor won the Under19 Oceania Points Race Championship at Wanganui, NZ in 2004. Then focused on Road Racing winning the National U23 Criterium Championship, in 2007 at Brisbane. Then in 2010 was runner-up in the Australian Elite Criterium Championship at Ballarat. In 2011 he was runner-up in the British Elite Circuit Series behind then Rapha Condor-Sharp Team mate Dean Downing which included a win in the Stafford GP.
