Destination: Love - Live! At Cold Rice is the debut album by The Make-Up.

On the LP version of the album, the A-Side is called the "Gospel Yeh-Yeh Side," and the B-Side the "Liberation Theology Side." [2] On the CD version these sides were combined, but labeled separately in the liner notes.

Bassist Michelle Mae is featured on the cover.

The Make-Up is an American post-punk band from Washington, D.C. formed in 1995, consisting of ex-Nation of Ulysses frontman Ian Svenonius on vocals, James Canty on guitar and organ, Steve Gamboa on drums, and Michelle Mae on bass guitar. The Make-Up were joined in late 1999 by a fifth member, Alex Minoff, who played guitar with the group until the band's dissolution in early 2000.

After Dark is the first live album by The Make-Up. It was recorded at The Garage, Highbury, London. Their first one Destination: Love - Live! At Cold Rice was recorded within a studio setting, it was done so with an eye towards spontaneity and improvisation. "Live" sounds were later mixed into the studio recording to reflect this.

People who pledged money also got a digital copy of the out-of-print 1975 album Lucille Talks Back. Both versions of the box are physically out of print; the four disc edition is bundled along with Lucille Talks Back digitally, although this version removes King's first single.
