Diana Khisa (born 26 May 1987) is a Kenyan female volleyball player.
Volleyball is a popular team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964.
She was part of the Kenya women's national volleyball team at the 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Japan. [1] She played with Kenya Prisons.
The Kenya women's national volleyball team represents Kenya in international volleyball competitions. Kenya has dominated the African continent since the 90's winning the Women's African Volleyball Championship a record nine times. They also won the 2015 FIVB World Grand Prix group 3 title after beating Peru in the final.
The 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship was the 16th edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship. Like the previous tournament, the 2010 edition also was held in Japan, from 29 October to 14 November 2010, though the range of venues and locations was modified slightly. Twenty-four teams participated in the tournament.
Vilmarie Mojica is a volleyball player from Puerto Rico, who captained the Women's National Team at the 2008 Olympic Qualification Tournament in Japan. There the team ended up in eighth and last place, having received a wild card for the event after Peru and Kenya withdrew.
Diana Karina Estrada Santana is a female beach volleyball player from Mexico, who won the gold medal in the women's beach team competition at the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Circuit 2008 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, partnering Martha Revuelta. Later, in September 2008, she competed with her sister Paola Estrada, at the Internacional de Puerto Vallarta Beach Volleyball Tournament in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, winning the Bronze medal.
