Tanith Jessica Louise Belbin White is a Canadian-American ice dancer and Olympic program host for NBC Sports. Though born in Canada, she holds dual citizenship and has competed for the United States since she began skating with Benjamin Agosto in 1998. With Agosto, Belbin is the 2006 Olympic silver medalist, four-time World medalist, three-time Four Continents champion (2004–2006), and five-time U.S. champion (2004–2008).

The European Figure Skating Championships is an annual figure skating competition in which figure skaters compete for the title of European champion. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The event is sanctioned by the International Skating Union (ISU) and is the sport's oldest competition. The first European Championships was held in 1891 in Hamburg, Germany and featured one segment, compulsory figures, with seven competitors, all men from Germany and Austria. It has been, other than four periods, held continuously since 1891, and has been sanctioned by the ISU since 1893. Women were allowed to compete for the first time in 1930, which is also the first time pairs skating was added to the competition. Ice dance was added in 1954. Only eligible skaters from ISU member countries in Europe can compete, and skaters must have reached at least the age of 15 before July 1 preceding the competition. ISU member countries can submit 1-3 skaters to compete in the European Championships.

Juri Kurakin is a former competitive ice dancer who is best known for his partnership with Barbora Silná for Austria. Together, they won three Austrian national titles and reached the final segment at three ISU Championships. Earlier in his career, Kurakin competed for Estonia and Bulgaria.

Jill Vernekohl is a German former ice dancer. With partner Dmitri Kurakin, she is the 2001 & 2002 German silver medalist. They competed for two seasons on the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, with a highest placement of 8th at the 2001 Sparkassen Cup on Ice. Before teaming up with Kurakin, she competed with Jan Luggenhoelscher, winning medals on the Junior Grand Prix and competing twice at the World Junior Figure Skating Championships, placing 16th in 1997 and 11th in 1999.
Anna Mosenkova is an Estonian ice dancer. With partner Sergei Sychyov, she is the 2000-2002 Estonian national champion and competed at the World Figure Skating Championships and European Figure Skating Championships, with a highest placement of 21st at the 2000 European Figure Skating Championships. They also competed on the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. They were coached by Lea Rand, the mother of Estonian ice dancers Kristian and Taavi Rand.
Sergei Sychyov is a Ukrainian ice dancer who also competed internationally for Estonia. He competed internationally for Ukraine on the junior level with Julia Shevchenko. He teamed up with Anna Mosenkova in 1999 to compete for Estonia.
Blake Rosenthal is an American figure skater who has competed as a single skater, pair skater, and ice dancer. As a single skater, she is the 2007 U.S. junior pewter medalist and won the silver medal at the 2007–2008 ISU Junior Grand Prix event in Estonia.

On the junior level, he is the 2021 JGP France II silver medalist, the 2021 JGP Slovenia silver medalist, and a 2020 Winter Youth Olympic champion in the team event. Levandi is the first men's singles skater from Estonia to win a Junior Grand Prix medal.
