Don Connellan

Don Connellan is a Gaelic football manager and former player. He played his football for the Kilmore club [1] and at senior level for the Roscommon county team, while working as a guard.

Connellan is from Kilmore. [2] He made his senior inter-county championship debut in 1993 in a 1–12 to 1–10 win over Leitrim in Carrick-on-Shannon. [3] Connellan won a Connacht Senior Football Championship title while playing for Roscommon in 2001. [2]

As a manager, he led Moycullen to a maiden Galway Senior Football Championship title in 2020. He was part of Maurice Sheridan's management team when NUI Galway got a Sigerson Cup in 2021. [2]

Anthony Cunningham is a former hurler who has since managed various Gaelic football and hurling teams. He was manager of the Galway county hurling team between 2011 and 2015 and of the Roscommon county football team between 2018 and 2022. He is the only manager to lead a football team and a hurling team to provincial titles in two different provinces.

Moycullen GAA is a group title for several Gaelic Athletic Association clubs based in Moycullen, County Galway. The three clubs, Cumann Peile Mhaigh Cuilinn, Cumann Iománaíocht Maigh Cuilinn and Cumann Camógaíocht Mhaigh Cuilinn share playing facilities and cooperate on a number of the local community and sporting issues. The clubs are members of the Galway GAA. There are two other clubs in the parish with indirect GAA affiliations, Moycullen Ladies Football Club and Moycullen Handball Club, who also share the club facilities.

Kevin Walsh is an Irish Gaelic football coach, manager and former player. He won three All Stars and two All-Ireland Senior Football Championships while playing at senior level for the Galway county team.

Kevin McStay is an Irish Gaelic football manager, commentator, analyst and former player. He has been manager of the senior Mayo county team since 2022.
