Doug Dagger (born Douglas Scott Kane, October 17, 1967, New York City, United States) is an American vocalist. He is the lead singer for the Los Angeles punk rock band The Generators, which formed in 1997, and was lead singer for Schleprock and other punk bands.
Kane was born into an entertainment family; his mother was a nightclub showgirl and his father was an entertainment manager. Kane is also the grandson of 1930s Vaudeville musician Buster Shaver. Kane Moved to South Pasadena, California in 1978, and by 1981 he was involved in the early Los Angeles punk scene. By 1983, at the age of 15, Kane was singing in his first punk band, Doug & The Slugz. [1] By 1984, the band changed their name to The Risk.
In the summer of 1988, Kane started sing for the Alhambra, California-based punk band Schleprock. By 1990, the band released their first EP, “Do It All” on Nemesis Records, alongside labelmates The Offspring. Over the next decade, Kane and Schleprock released six more EPs: Looking Back (1992), Gotta Get Out (1993), Spring (1993), Migraine (1994), Something Like That (1994) and Out Of Spite (1995). They also released two full-length albums: Hide & Seek (1993) and Propeller (1994). They signed a deal with Warner Bros. Records in 1996, and released their last full-length album Americas Dirty Little Secret Over a stretch of eight years, the band support such bands as Green Day, NOFX, Blink 182, Primus, Bad Religion, The Specials and Face to Face. Schleprock disbanded in February 1997, and within six months, Kane formed his new band The Generators. [2] In 1998, the band released its first full-length album, Welcome To The End, on Triple X Records. The Generators have since released 7 more full-length albums: Burning Ambition (2000), Tyranny (2001), Excess, Betrayal and Our Dearly Departed (2003), Winter Of Discontent (2005), Great Divide (2007), Between The Devil & The Deep Blue Sea (2009) and Last Of The Pariahs (2011) (along with many other splits and EPs). The Generators have developed a rich popularity in Europe and recently signed with Randale Records for the release of their 9th studio album. The Generators have also contributed music for the Los Angeles Lakers, California Angels, Corono and The Grammy Awards foundation.
Kane still resides in Los Angeles, and owns and operates a clothing/uniform business in between touring and making records. Doug started a new band called the Bedlam Knives.
Gang of Four are an English post-punk band, formed in 1976 in Leeds. The original members were singer Jon King, guitarist Andy Gill, bass guitarist Dave Allen and drummer Hugo Burnham. There have been many different line-ups including, among other notable musicians, Sara Lee, Gail Ann Dorsey, and Mark Heaney. After a brief lull in the 1980s, different constellations of the band recorded two studio albums in the 1990s. Between 2004 and 2006 the original line-up was reunited; Gill toured using the name between 2012 and his death in 2020. In 2021, the band announced that King, Burnham, and Lee would be reuniting for a US tour in 2022 with David Pajo on guitar and Sara Lee returning to the band. They continue to perform live, including at the Cruel World Festival in Pasadena, CA; headlining Luna Fest in Coimbra, Portugal, a UK Tour in October '23, and will be in Australia and beyond in 2024.

Voodoo Glow Skulls are an American ska punk band formed in 1988 in Riverside, California, by brothers Frank, Eddie, and Jorge Casillas and their longtime friend Jerry O'Neill. Voodoo Glow Skulls first played at backyard parties and later at Spanky's Café in their hometown of Riverside, where they played shows with the Angry Samoans, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Firehose, Murphy's Law, and The Dickies.

Lars Erik Frederiksen is an American musician and record producer best known as a guitarist and vocalist for the punk rock band Rancid, as well as the frontman of Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards and the Old Firm Casuals. In addition, he currently plays guitar in Oxley's Midnight Runners, Stomper 98, and The Last Resort. He was also briefly a member of the UK Subs in 1991.
Randolph Isaiah "Ikey" Owens was an American keyboardist known for his work with The Mars Volta, Jack White and an array of bands from the Long Beach music scene.
The Partisans are a Welsh punk rock band formed in Bridgend, South Wales, in early 1978, when all four members were in their early teens. They continued until 1984, having several hits on the UK Indie Chart. The band re-formed in the late 1990s.
Geoff Kresge is a songwriter, guitarist, bassist, and record producer. He played with the punk group AFI for most of their early career, from 1992 through 1997, and co-wrote the majority of their early material alongside frontman Davey Havok. During an AFI hiatus in 1993, he briefly moved to New York to join street punk band Blanks 77. He later went on to play with Canadian horror rock group The Forbidden Dimension and also a high-energy rock band, The Daggers, before subsequently joining the psychobilly band Tiger Army. Though he played an electric bass in his previous bands, the upright bass is used for Tiger Army's music.
Antioch Arrow was an American punk rock band from San Diego, California, that formed in 1992. Most of their discography was released through the San Diego independent label Gravity Records. The label was responsible raising San Diego's profile in the underground music scene of the mid-1990s. The band, breaking up in 1994 and releasing one final studio album posthumously in 1995, are now considered to be one of the most influential bands of the early 1990s that shaped emo and post-hardcore music of the late 1990s and early 2000s.
U.S. Bombs are an American punk rock band, formed in 1993 in Orange County, California, by Duane Peters and Kerry Martinez. For much of the band's career, the U.S. Bombs consisted of Peters and Martinez, with bass guitarist Wade Walston and drummer Chip Hanna. They have also played with Jonny "Two Bags" Wickersham. The U.S. Bombs play '77 style punk, influenced by The Clash, Heartbreakers, Ramones, Flyboys, Chelsea, Stiff Little Fingers, Shane MacGowan & The Popes, Sham 69, the Flys, & the Ruts.
Parasites are an American pop-punk band. They were formed in the late 1980s by guitarist / singer Dave Parasite and bassist Ron Nole in New Jersey. Dave later relocated to Berkeley, California, and continued with a new lineup during the heyday of Lookout! Records and the Bay Area pop-punk revival.
Antiseen is an American punk rock band formed in Charlotte, North Carolina, by Jeff Clayton and Joe Young in 1983. The name "Antiseen" serves as a deliberate deviation of the phrase "anti-scene" – the group not wishing to adhere to standard perceptions of punk rock in specific and rock music in general. Musically, Antiseen is influenced by groups such as the Ramones and Stooges, employing short, heavily distorted power chord-driven songs largely free of guitar solos or advanced musicianship. Excess, Betrayal...And Our Dearly Departed is the fourth album by American punk rock band The Generators. It was released on April 6, 2003, on People Like You Records in Europe and Japan, and in the USA in December 2004 by Fiend Music. Excess. Betrayal was a musical turning point for the band, seeing a more darker & emotional direction. After a short hiatus and line up change in early 2003, the band teamed up with longtime producer Rich Mouser in creating one of the band's most notable release.

The original lineup was composed of Doug Kane on vocals, Mike Snow and Sir Doosky on guitars, Dirty Ernie Berru on the drums and Rich "Richards" Santia on bass.
Smut Peddlers are an American punk band originally from Redondo Beach, California. The band has been performing live since 1993 and has toured in Europe and North America. The Smut Peddlers are notorious in Southern California for their spirited and rowdy live shows.
Total Chaos is an American hardcore punk band from Pomona, California, formed in 1989. Lead vocalist Rob Chaos is also co-owner of SOS Records with Ezzat Soliman, owner of the Showcase Theater, having released albums by classic punk and Oi! bands like The Exploited, Vice Squad, Sham 69, Conflict, The Adicts and Abrasive Wheels among others. With help of Jay Lee from the band Resist and Exist, the band started organizations such as United Valley Punks, Orange County Peace Punks and Alternative Gathering Collective. Together, they held such social events as Food Not Bombs, helped open the Los Angeles Anarchist Center and supported the Big Mountain Indian Reservation.

Gábor Szakácsi, also known as Gabi Hun or Gabor Hun, is a Hungarian-born American rock guitarist and vocalist, best known as the frontman of Seattle punk group Sledgeback. He fronted C.A.F.B., one of the most influential Hungarian punk bands of the 1990s, with whom he released six full-length albums between 1993 and 2017. After leaving Hungary, Hun started Sledgeback in 2004 and released several albums with the group. His distinct voice became the trademark of Sledgeback.
Volume 7, Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea is the seventh full-length album by The Generators. It was released in 2009 by People Like You/Concrete Jungle in Europe and Japan. It was recorded throughout March and May 2009 at The Mouse House in Altadena, Ca. by Rich Mouser. This is the first Generator's full-length album without original drummer Dirty Ernie Berru and the last to feature original guitarist and songwriter Sir Doosky. The band brought in Derek O'Brien of Social Distortion fame to fill in on drums.
