Down Incognito was the second solo album by American rock artist Kip Winger. It was released by Domo Records in 1999.
The album was released under different names. Down Incognito is the American title, while it was called Made by Hand in Europe, and Another Way in Japan.
The album mostly consists of acoustic studio versions of songs from the three Winger albums and Kip Winger's first solo album. The exceptions are album opener "Another Way", which is a new song for this recording, and the two last songs, "Rainbow in the Rose" and "Blind Revolution Mad", which are acoustic live versions from a show in Paris. According to Kip, he came up with the acoustic arrangements for these songs during his tour of Borders bookstores, when he needed to learn to play the many Winger hits on an acoustic 12-string guitar. Winger is an American heavy metal band that has combined elements of glam metal and progressive metal. Formed in New York City, Winger gained popularity during the late 1980s and early 1990s. The band's two platinum albums, Winger and In the Heart of the Young, along with charting singles "Seventeen", "Headed for a Heartbreak" and "Miles Away", put them on the top of the charts by the early 1990s. In 1990, the band was nominated for an American Music Award for "Best New Heavy Metal Band". As the music scene changed in the early to mid-1990s due to the popularity of grunge, their success faded after their third release Pull.

Rise Up Like the Sun is a British folk rock album released in 1978 by The Albion Band. The album is in part a collaboration between John Tams on vocals and melodeon and Ashley Hutchings on electric bass. This is not the first album on which the two worked together but it remains the most fulfilling for listeners. To build the sound Hutchings brought in two of his former compatriots from Fairport Convention, Dave Mattacks on drums and tambourine and Simon Nicol on vocals and electric and acoustic guitars. In addition another ex-member of Fairport, Richard Thompson, contributed songs and backing vocals. Having assembled the principal contributors and an ambiance that encouraged their friends to drop in, Hutchings gave Tams the freedom to act as the project's musical director. They were joined by Philip Pickett on shawms, bagpipes, curtals and trumpet, Pete Bullock on synthesiser, piano, clarinet, sax, and organ, Michael Gregory on percussion, Ric Sanders on violin and violectra and Graeme Taylor on electric and acoustic guitars. Kate McGarrigle, Julie Covington, Linda Thompson, Pat Donaldson, Martin Carthy, Andy Fairweather-Low and Dave Bristow make guest appearances.

Kip figured out how best to arrange the riffs, enabling the pair to complete the song.
Easy Come Easy Go is a single by American rock band Winger, from their album In the Heart of the Young. Released in 1990, the song charted at #41. According to Kip Winger the song was a late addition to the track listing, written because it was felt that there were not enough rock songs on the album. "Can't Get Enuff" came about the same way.
