DRAFT was an American magazine about beer and beer culture, published between September 2006 and August 2017 by DRAFT Publishing. Erika Rietz was the founder and editor-in-chief. The magazine was headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. [1]

It was purchased by Christopher Byron Rice in 2017. [2] He discontinued the print edition of the magazine

Rice, who was also the owner of All About Beer magazine filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and personal bankruptcy in March 2019, citing $4.5 million in debt. [3]

The magazine published the 2013 edition of its “America’s 100 best beer bars” list. [4]

CraftWorks Holdings, Inc. was a multi-brand restaurant operator headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee with an additional Restaurant Support Office (RSO) in Broomfield, Colorado. The company owned several casual dining restaurant chain brands, including Logan's Roadhouse, Old Chicago, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants, and Rock Bottom Restaurants Breweries. All About Beer was an English-language magazine published by All About Beer, LLC. Under current owner Chris Rice, it filed for bankruptcy in 2019. It was located in Durham, NC, USA and was published six times per year, plus one special annual issue. At its peak it had a distribution of over 46,000, with subscribers and newsstand sales in more than 40 countries.

HopCat is a restaurant and bar chain based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States, with seventeen locations in eight states. Founded in 2008 in Grand Rapids by Mark Sellers, HopCat opened its second location in East Lansing, Michigan in 2013. HopCat is best known for having a wide array of beers on tap, with several of their locations offering well over 100 different options.
