Dubai Industrial City is the dedicated industrial park in Dubai, UAE, founded in 2004, covering an area of 560 million Sq ft.
The Industrial City includes food and beverage zones, base-metal and transportation zones, warehouses and an extensive conservation area. These areas are complemented with logistics, educational and mixed use developments. It is located near Al Maktoum Airport and Jebel Ali International Airport along Emirates Road. [1] The city is expected to accommodate around 500,000 people when it is completed by 2015.

In March 2009, the construction of Dubai industrial city's warehouses was completed, with the whole project then aimed for completion in 2015.[ citation needed ]
The Emirate of Ajman is one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. It joined the United Arab Emirates federation on December 2, 1971. Created under a Ruler's Decree, Jafza commenced operations in 1985 with only 19 companies offering standard size office units and warehouses to provide ready built facilities to customers. In 1990 Jafza expanded its facilities to include light industrial units.
Jebel Ali is a port town 35 kilometers (22 mi) south-west of Dubai. The Jebel Ali Port is located there. Al Maktoum International Airport has been constructed just outside the port area. Jebel Ali is connected to Dubai via the UAE Exchange, Danube and Energy stations on the Dubai Metro. Among the infrastructure projects built to support the port and town is the world's largest desalination plant, the Jebel Ali Desalination Plant, providing an ample supply of freshwater.

The Dubai government's decision to diversify from a trade-based, oil-reliant economy to one that is service and tourism-oriented has made real estate and other developments more valuable, resulting in a property boom from 2004 to 2006. Construction on a large scale has turned Dubai into one of the fastest-growing cities in the world. There are a number of large-scale projects which are currently under construction or will be constructed in the future. Due to the heavy construction which is taking place in Dubai, 30,000 construction cranes, which are 25% of cranes worldwide, are operating in Dubai. Due to the burst of construction, Dubai has acquired various building-related records, which include: the world's tallest tower, the world's largest shopping mall, the world's largest fountain and the world's tallest hotel. Also under construction is Dubailand, which will be almost twice the size of the Walt Disney World Resort.

Dubai Maritime City (DMC) is a multipurpose maritime zone. It is a member of the DP World group of companies. Maritime city was expected to be fully operational by 2012, and by January 2021 had completed 80% of the first phase's infrastructure works. In February 2022 it was announced that DP World would launch a major project to develop DMC's infrastructure at a cost of Dh140 million. The industrial part of Dubai Maritime City is fully operational, with a large number of business partners operating from DMC. The industrial precinct is active and consists of marine services primarily dealing with ship lifts, ship repair plots, warehouses, workshops, as well as supporting retail and showrooms.
Dubai Gold and Diamond Park is located in Dubai, UAE. It was established in May 2001. Spreading 511,343 Sq.feet, it is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, 23.5 km from Dubai International Airport, The park is an extension of the Jebel Ali Free Zone.
KIZAD or the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi was unveiled in November 2010 by Abu Dhabi Ports in Abu Dhabi, and officially opened in September 2012.
