Dubai Industrial City is the dedicated industrial park in Dubai, UAE, founded in 2004, covering an area of 560 million Sq ft.
The Industrial City includes food and beverage zones, base-metal and transportation zones, warehouses and an extensive conservation area. These areas are complemented with logistics, educational and mixed use developments. It is located near Al Maktoum Airport and Jebel Ali International Airport along Emirates Road. [1] The city is expected to accommodate around 500,000 people when it is completed by 2015.

In March 2009, the construction of Dubai industrial city's warehouses was completed, with the whole project then aimed for completion in 2015.[ citation needed ]
Dubai Internet City (DIC) is a neighborhood and an information technology and business park created by the Government of Dubai as a free economic zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Jebel Ali Free Zone is a free economic zone located in the Jebel Ali area at the far western end of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, near Abu Dhabi. Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) is the flagship free zone of DP World, and is an integral part of DP World UAE's integrated business hub. Created under a Ruler's Decree, Jafza commenced operations in 1985 with 19 companies offering standard size office units and warehouses to provide ready-built facilities to customers. In 1990 Jafza expanded its facilities to include light industrial units.
Jebel Ali is a port town 35 kilometers (22 mi) south-west of Dubai. The Jebel Ali Port is located there. Al Maktoum International Airport has been constructed just outside the port area. Jebel Ali is connected to Dubai via the UAE Exchange, Danube and Energy stations on the Dubai Metro. Among the infrastructure projects built to support the port and town is the world's largest desalination plant, the Jebel Ali Desalination Plant, providing an ample supply of freshwater.

International Humanitarian City (IHC) is a hub for humanitarian emergency preparedness and response in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2003 by the ruler of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, IHC is a UAE free zone.

Also under construction is Dubailand, which will be almost twice the size of the Walt Disney World Resort.
Al Quoz or El Goze in Emirati Arabic is a district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Quoz is located in western Dubai. It is bordered to the north by Al Wasl and to the west by Umm Al Sheif, Al Manara, and Al Safa, forming a long rectangle between Al Khail and Sheikh Zayed roads.

Dubai Maritime City (DMC) is a multipurpose maritime zone. It is a member of the DP World group of companies. Maritime city was expected to be fully operational by 2012, and by January 2021 had completed 80% of the first phase's infrastructure works. In February 2022 it was announced that DP World would launch a major project to develop DMC's infrastructure at a cost of Dh140 million. The industrial part of Dubai Maritime City is fully operational, with a large number of business partners operating from DMC. The industrial precinct is active and consists of marine services primarily dealing with ship lifts, ship repair plots, warehouses, workshops, as well as supporting retail and showrooms.
Dubai International Airport Cargo Gateway, formerly Dubai Cargo Village, is an air cargo management facility located adjacent to the Dubai International Airport in Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE. It is owned by the Dubai Airports Company. A similar facility is under construction at the Al Maktoum International Airport in Jebel Ali, 40 kilometres away from the present airport.
