Dudley Eustace (1936-2024) was a British businessman.. He had many executive functions in Dutch companies. He is well known for his restructuring work being finance director of Philips [1] and Ahold. [2] In later years Eustace was the Chairman of Aegon [3] and VNU, now called The Nielsen Company. He was also Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KPN, [3] Vice-Chairman of Hagemeyer and was a member of the Supervisory Board of Stork N.V.
Eustace died in July 2024, 88 years old.
