Duncan Stutterheim (1971 in Purmerend) is a Dutch entrepreneur who is best known as the founder of the Dutch event company ID&T.
At 18-years-old, Stutterheim founded a courier company. A year later in 1992, Stutterheim and friends Irfan van Ewijk and Theo Lelie organised a Hardcore house (gabber) party called The Final Exam in Utrecht, attracting 12,000 people. [1] The success of that event led to the creation of ID&T, named for the initials of the three founders of the company, which became one of the largest organisers of dance music festivals in the Netherlands, responsible for festivals like Trance Energy, Tomorrowland, Sensation, Thunderdome, and Mysteryland.
In March 2013, Stutterheim sold 75% of the company to SFX Entertainment, a large American entertainment company. SFX paid 100 million dollars for ID&T. [2]

Duncan Stutterheim is the son of Cor Stutterheim, one of the founders of the Dutch branch of CMG (Computer Management Group). Duncan is married and has three daughters.
Purmerend is a city and municipality in the west of the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland and in the region of West Friesland. The city is surrounded by polders, such as the Purmer, Beemster and the Wormer. The city became the trade center of the region but the population grew relatively slowly. The broadcasting building and studios of SLAM! are located in Naarden, North Holland. In 2012, it was announced that SLAM! has the largest market share among the country's young people (16.8%). It is a sister station of 100% NL.

Their event Mysteryland is named the oldest electronic festival in the Netherlands, with later events like Trance Energy and Sensation. It operates many of the largest electronic dance music events in the world, including Tomorrowland, the largest in the world with over 450,000 attending in 2016.

Once on the Forbes 400 list, he also briefly owned the WLAF's New York/New Jersey Knights.

Life in Color was a United States-based EDM event company, best known for their "paint party" Life in Color concert tours. The company was founded by Sebastian Solano, Paul Campbell, Lukasz Tracz and Patryk Tracz as Committee Entertainment and the concert tour Dayglow in 2006. Billed by its organizers as the "world's largest paint party", the tour features performances by electronic musicians, joined by artistic performers and the tour's signature spraying of the audience with paint throughout the show. The company changed to its current name shortly after it was acquired by Robert F. X. Sillerman's SFX Entertainment in late 2012, with the original founders remaining as partners.

Rock in Rio USA was a music festival held in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2015. A spin-off of Rio de Janeiro's Rock in Rio festival, it was held on two consecutive weekends in May 2015 at the MGM Resorts Festival Grounds on the Las Vegas Strip. It shared a similar structure and format to its Brazilian counterpart, hosting at least 120 acts for its first and only edition, while its site was developed in cooperation with organizers. The event was a partnership with SFX Entertainment, the festival's Brazilian stakeholder IMX, MGM Resorts International, Yucaipa Companies, and Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group.
Spring Awakening Music Festival (SAMF) is an annual electronic dance music (EDM) festival held in Chicago. The festival started at a theater in 2008, moved to Soldier Field in 2012–2015, and to Addams/Medill Park in 2016–2018. In 2019, the festival moved to the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, the former site of the Poplar Creek Music Theater. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the festival was not held in 2020, and the 2021 event was held in October at Addams/Medill Park. The 2022 festival will be held at the United Center on July 8–10.
The Committee is an EDM event production group founded in 2006 as Committee Entertainment by Sebastian Solano, Paul Campbell, Lukasz Tracz, and Patryk Tracz. At the time all four founders were friends and college students in Florida, and they originally started the Committee as an informal party promotion team. Since then, Committee Entertainment has founded the Dayglow tour series and Life in Color, an international EDM concert company. After jointly selling Dayglow/Life in Color to SFX Entertainment in 2012, all four members remained partners, and as of 2015 they continue to operate both Life in Color and Committee Entertainment. On January 5, 2015, Forbes included Life in Color CEO Solano on their annual list of "30 Under 30 In Music" for 2015.

Prior to Eurovision, Laurence was a semi-finalist in the fifth season of The Voice of Holland.
