Dutlu, historically known as Kefertut or Torunmahmut, is a neighbourhood in the municipality and district of Nizip, Gaziantep Province, Turkey. [1] The village is inhabited by Turkmens of the Barak tribe and had a population of 239 in 2022. [2] [3] [4]
