E. Q. Q. Sanniez was a Ghanaian civil servant,politician,and member of the National Liberation Council. He was the Assistant Commissioner of the Ghana Police Service, [1] and the Volta Regional Minister from 1966 to 1967. [2] [3] He was succeeded by Lt. Col. E. N. Dedjoe, [4] [5] a former Quartermaster of Emmanuel Kwasi Kotoka. [6]
Joseph Arthur Ankrah was a General of the army of Ghana who served as the first military Head of state of Ghana from 1966 to 1969 in the position of Chairman of the National Liberation Council. Ankrah also served as Chairperson of the Organisation of African Unity from 24 February 1966 to 5 November 1966. Before becoming the Head of State,Ankrah served as the first commander of the Ghana Army.
Major General Emmanuel Kwasi Kotoka was a Ghanaian military officer who was a member of the ruling National Liberation Council which came to power in Ghana in a military coup d'état on 24 February 1966. This overthrew the government of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah,the first president of the republic.
Nicholas Yaw Boafo Adade (1927–2013) was a former supreme court judge and Attorney General of the Republic of Ghana. He was the Attorney General of Ghana between 14 April 1969 to 1970 in the Busia government. He has also served as a former Member of Parliament for the Asante Akim South constituency in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He died on 14 May 2013. Nana Akufo-Addo,who was then leader of the main opposition party in Ghana,paid tribute to Adade's service to Ghana.
Oyeeman Nana Wereko Ampem II,was a Ghanaian traditional ruler,civil servant and businessman. He was Gyaasehene of Akuapem and Ohene of Amanokrom from 1975 till his death in 2005. He became Commissioner of Economic Affairs of Ghana,from 1967 to 1969. He served as the Ghanaian Government Statistician from 1960 to 1966.
Alhaji Issifu Ali is a Ghanaian politician and former Co-chairman of the National Democratic Congress. He was a member of the Presidential Commission that ruled Ghana during the military era of the National Liberation Council. Samuel Wilberforce Awuku-Darko was a Ghanaian accountant and politician. He was a minister of state,serving in the capacity as Minister of Works in the Second Republic of Ghana. Awuku-Darko also served as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1967 to 1969. In 2018,they noted that Awuku-Darko had died.

Clarkson Thomas Nylander was a Ghanaian educationist,diplomat and politician. He served as a minister of state and a member of parliament during the first republic. He was a minister of education and minister of state for defence. He was also a member of parliament for the Dangbe-Shai electoral district and later the Ga Rural electoral district. He later represented Ghana in various foreign missions from 1961 to 1969.
Henry Satorius Bannerman was a Ghanaian medical practitioner and a politician. He once served as president of the Ghana Medical Association,president of the Commonwealth Medical Association and a member of the executive council of the University of Ghana Medical School. As a politician,he was the national chairman of the United Nationalist Party and served as a member of parliament for the Ashiedu Keteke constituency during the second republic. He together with Alex Hutton-Mills were the only UNP candidates elected into parliament in the 1969 parliamentary election.

Alexander Atta Yaw Kyerematen was a Ghanaian politician and a member of the National liberation council. The National Liberation council came into power after Ghana's first coup d'état,which overthrew the erstwhile Nkrumah government. It lasted from 24 February 1966 to 1 October 1969. He was Commissioner of Local government.
G. K. Yarboi was a Ghanaian soldier,politician,and member of the National Liberation Council. He was the Chairman of the Ashanti Region Committee of Administration from 1967 to 1969.
