Orio al Serio International Airport, branded as Milan Bergamo Airport, is the third busiest international airport in Italy. It is located in the municipal territory of Orio al Serio, 3.7 km (2.3 mi) southeast of Bergamo in Italy. The airport is 45 km (28 mi) north-east of Milan, where it operates alongside Malpensa Airport and Linate Airport, the city's other two primary airports. The airport served almost 13 million passengers in 2018.

Heli Air Services is a charter airline based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The airline was founded in 1990. The airline mainly transports passengers, cargo and mail. In the beginning, Heli Air only operated helicopters and subsequently incorporated the Antonov An-12, Antonov An-24, Cessna and Let L-410 into its fleet. Since 1999 Heli Air started to operate primarily on programs of United Nations and World Food Programme, and performed thousands of flying hours in difficult accessible locations and troubled countries such as Angola, Guinea, Mozambique, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Afghanistan and others.

The airline is under reorganisation and planning to restart regular operations Q2/Q3 2017 using regional, narrow and wide body aircraft.
