Edmond Mansoor is an Antiguan and Barbudan politician and physician. [1] He is the former senate president of the Upper House of Parliament in Antigua and Barbuda. [2] He has also served as the Minister of State and Minister of Communication and Telecommunications. [3]
Mansoor was appointed to the Antiguan and Barbudan Senate in 2004 by Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer. Mansoor served as President of the Upper House of Parliament in Antigua and Barbuda between 26 March 2004 to 5 January 2005 after which he was appointed Minister of State. In 2005,he was appointed a Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister,charged with Broadcasting,Information and Telecommunications. [4] He served as Minister of State till June 2014. [5]

Robin Yearwood is an Antiguan politician and member of the Antigua Labour Party (ALP). Entering Parliament in 1976,Yearwood served as Minister of Agriculture,Land and Fisheries in the ALP administration until a cabinet reshuffle in 1987 saw him take over Vere Bird,Jr.'s portfolio for Aviation,Public Information and Public Utilities. Despite a failed attempt to oust the Prime Minister he retained this position,and kept it when he became Deputy Prime Minister on 9 September 2002 and Minister of Finance a year later.
