Edwardian Hotels is a British hotel company, which was founded by Jasminder Singh in 1977. [1] The company has 13 hotels, mostly located in central London, England.

Notable properties include The May Fair Hotel, a 404-room building that was purchased from InterContinental Hotels Group in 2003. [1]

In 1993, Edwardian Hotels partnered with Radisson Hotels. Several of the company's properties were rebranded as Radisson Blu hotels, including the Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel, the Radisson Blu Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel, the Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel and the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel. Rezidor Hotel Group AB, originally SAS International Hotels A/S and then Rezidor SAS Hospitality A/S, Rezidor SAS Hospitality Group AB (publ), was a listed hotel group company. Originally founded by Scandinavian conglomerate SAS Group as a hotel in 1960, it became a listed company in 2006. The global headquarters of Rezidor relocated to Brussels, Belgium, circa 1989. The listed company managed hotel chains under brands such as Radisson SAS (now Radisson Blu), Park Inn, and Country Inns & Suites. The brands were franchised from American hospitality and travel conglomerate Carlson Companies from 1994 (the Radisson brand) and 2002 (the other brands) respectively. In 2005, Carlson Companies acquired 25% of the shares of Rezidor Hotel Group from SAS Group. In 2007, SAS Group ceased to be a shareholder of the company.

Radisson Hospitality, Inc. is an American multi-national hospitality company. It started as a division of Carlson Companies, which owned Radisson Hotels, Country Inns & Suites and other brands. In 1994, Carlson signed a franchise agreement with SAS International Hotels (SIH), after which SIH started to use the brand Radisson SAS in the Europe, Middle East and Africa markets. In 2005, Carlson acquired 25% of the shares of SIH, at that time known as Rezidor SAS Hospitality. In 2010, Rezidor Hotel Group became a subsidiary of Carlson. The enlarged hotel group adopted a new trading name, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, which was one of the top hotel corporations in 2013.

Triangle House, originally known as Safmarine House, is a 104-metre-tall (341 ft) building in Cape Town, South Africa. Construction work began in 1991 and it was completed in 1993 by Murray & Roberts Construction, now known as Concor at a cost of US$6,000,000. it was the last skyscraper built in Cape Town until the completion of the Portside Tower 21 years later in 2014. The building was originally named after its first occupant, the South African shipping company Safmarine. The building was originally owned by Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments. In August 2023 the building was sold to Accor S.A. who are a French multinational hospitality company who owns, manages and franchises hotels, resorts and vacation properties.

The hotel, located in a Grade II listed terrace of white stucco townhouses, contains 215 rooms and is part of the Radisson Blu Edwardian chain. The Scoff & Banter Kensington restaurant is situated on the ground floor.

Galadari Hotel, traded as Galadari Hotels (Lanka) PLC, is a five-star luxury hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Emirati conglomerate, Galadari Brothers are the controlling shareholders of the hotel company. The hotel commenced operations in 1984. The hotel was previously managed by Meridien Hotels and Marriott before the Galadari Brothers themselves took over the management in 1994. The hotel suffered from a couple of terrorist attacks in the 1990s most notably in 1997. In 2022, the hotel won the Hotel Brand of the Year award at the SLIM-Kantar Peoples Awards.
