Dr. Feelgood are an English pub rock band formed in 1971. Hailing from Canvey Island, Essex, they are best known for early singles such as "She Does It Right", "Roxette", "Back in the Night" and "Milk and Alcohol". Their original and distinctively British R&B sound was centred on Wilko Johnson's choppy guitar style. Along with Johnson, the initial band line-up included singer Lee Brilleaux and the rhythm section of John B. Sparks, known as "Sparko", on bass guitar and John Martin, known as "The Big Figure", on drums. Although their most commercially productive years were the mid to late-1970s, and in spite of Brilleaux's death in 1994, a version of the band continue to tour and record.
John Andrew Wilkinson, better known by the stage name Wilko Johnson, was an English guitarist, singer, songwriter and occasional actor. He was a member of the pub rock/rhythm and blues band Dr. Feelgood in the 1970s. Johnson was known for his distinctive guitar playing style, which he achieved by not using a plectrum but playing fingerstyle. This enabled him to play rhythm guitar and riffs or solos at the same time creating a highly percussive guitar sound.

Make Believe was an indie rock band, initially formed in Chicago, Illinois in 2003 as a touring version of Joan of Arc. The band was composed of lead vocalist Tim Kinsella, guitarist Sam Zurick, bassist Bobby Burg, and drummer/keyboardist Nate Kinsella. After 3 months of touring as Joan of Arc, the quartet returned home and decided to begin writing new songs with a more aggressive approach. Dylan Lee Howe is an English drummer, bandleader, session musician and composer. The son of guitarist Steve Howe with whom he has sometimes collaborated, Dylan is also noted for his work with rock band the Blockheads, in addition to his own work as a jazz bandleader and prolific session work with a variety of musicians. He was also the brother of musician Virgil Howe.

Judith Aileen Dyble was an English singer-songwriter, most notable for being a vocalist and a founding member of Fairport Convention and Trader Horne. Driving to Damascus is the eighth studio album by Scottish rock band Big Country. It was released in 1999 as both a standard edition and a limited edition digipack, and with bonus tracks in 2002. In the U.S., it was released under a different name, John Wayne's Dream. The limited edition version featured different cover artwork, and included two tracks by Stuart Adamson's alt-country side project, The Raphaels, although there was no indication in the credits that these were not by Big Country.

Punk Rawk Christmas is a Christmas compilation studio album by American rock band MxPx released on December 1, 2009. The album contains 10 tracks originally recorded and released each year from 1998 to 2008 and sent to MxPx's fan club members as CD singles and later as digital downloads. The album contains some previously released holiday music as well as four previously unreleased tracks that were collected following fan requests to release the material in a collection.

The album contains versions of songs previously recorded by Johnson and his former band Dr. Feelgood, as well as a version of "Everybody's Carrying a Gun" by Wilko Johnson and the Solid Senders.
Hightower is a French punk rock band from Paris founded in 2013 by two cousins, Romain Mariani and Jeremie Lombard, who grew up listening to punk rock music from the 1990s. The band is notable for their combination of heavy vocals and intense melodies which create an original mix of energy and thrill.
Dealing With Damage are a British four-piece punk/melodic hardcore band from London, England. The band was formed in 2015 by singer-songwriter/guitarist Ed Wenn and drummer James Sherry. They have received coverage on sites such as Kerrang!, Louder Than War and Vive Le Rock and played with notable bands including Soulside, Moving Targets, the Messthetics, Ruts DC, Janus Stark, Zounds, Inner Terrestrials, Girls Against Boys and Eight Rounds Rapid.
