Eirik Asante Gayi (born 23 January 2001) is a Norwegian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Sandnes Ulf.
He played youth and senior football for Eidanger IL before joining Odd's junior setup. In May 2020 he signed with Odd's first team on a 1.5-year deal. [1] He made his Eliteserien debut in December 2020 against Molde. [2]
Odds Ballklubb, commonly known as Odd, is a Norwegian professional football club from Skien. Originally the football section of a multi-sports club, founded in 1894 nine years after the club's founding. Most sports other than football and gymnastics were discontinued and the club became dedicated primarily to football. Eirik Horneland is a Norwegian football manager and former player who was most recently the manager of Eliteserien club Brann. He played as a defender and spent most of his playing years at Vard Haugesund before finishing his career at Haugesund. After retiring as a player, Horneland moved into coaching, first as an assistant manager at Haugesund, before becoming the coach of the Norway national under-19 football team.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic only 200 fans were allowed in the stadiums the first 20 rounds, while 600 fans were allowed in the remaining 10 rounds.
