Eithan Haim

Eithan D. Haim is an American general surgeon.

In May 2024, Haim was charged with illegally obtaining the private information of pediatric patients receiving gender transition care from Texas Children's Hospital (not under his care) and sharing it with conservative activist Christopher Rufo. [1] [2] [3] [4]

In January 2025, the charges against Haim were dismissed. [5] [6] He was invited to the 2025 Donald Trump speech to a joint session of Congress as a guest of honor by the Missouri senator Josh Hawley. [7]
