San Luis Potosí, commonly referred to as San Luis, or by its initials SLP, is the capital and the most populous city of the Mexican state of San Luis Potosí. It is the municipal seat of the surrounding municipality of San Luis Potosí. The city lies at an elevation of 1,864 metres. It has an estimated population of 824,229 in the city proper and a population of approximately 1,221,526 in its metropolitan area, formed with the neighbour city of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez and other surrounding municipalities, which makes the metropolitan area of Greater San Luis Potosí the eleventh largest in Mexico.

The AAA World Tag Team Championship is the main tag team title contested for in the Mexican lucha libre promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). In 1993 AAA created the first version of the AAA World Tag team championship, technically the AAA/IWC World Tag Team titles. The belts used for the AAA/IWC titles were the old NWA Pacific Northwest Tag Team Championship belts. The original version was abandoned upon Art Barr's death in 1994. In 2007 AAA created a new World tag team title to replace the Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F. controlled Mexican National Tag Team Championship. Verano de Escándalo 2003 was a series of major Lucha Libre or professional wrestling shows held by the Mexican wrestling promotion AAA over the summer of 2003. In previous and subsequent years AAA's Verano de Escándalo were a single event, but in 2003 it was a series of three shows held on August 31 (A), September 16 (B) and September 28 (C), 2003. The events featured a number of professional wrestling matches with different wrestlers involved in pre-existing scripted feuds or storylines. Wrestlers portrayed either villains or fan favorites as they competed in wrestling matches with pre-determined outcomes.

The event, which commemorated the ninth anniversary of the death of AAA founder Antonio Peña, took place on October 4, 2015, at Domo San Luis in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The six match show was main evented by El Patrón Alberto defending the AAA Mega Championship against Johnny Mundo and also featured the 2015 Copa Antonio Peña, a match for the AAA World Tag Team Championship and the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.

The Bert Ogden Arena is an indoor arena in Edinburg, Texas, United States. The arena officially opened in August 2018 and currently houses the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, the NBA G League affiliate of the Houston Rockets. The arena seats nearly 7,700, which can be expanded up to a maximum capacity of 9,000 for concerts.
