The Telecom Corridor is a technology business center in Richardson, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas, which contains over 25 million square feet of office space and accounts for over 130,000 jobs. Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and home to the University of Texas at Dallas, the Corridor is a strip about 6.5 miles (10.5 km) long along U.S. Route 75 (US 75), between President George Bush Turnpike and Interstate 635 (I-635) and is often considered an area of the Silicon Prairie. More than 5,700 companies, including 600 technology companies are headquartered in the area, including significant players such as AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Verizon, Samsung, Texas Instruments, and MetroPCS. Some of these companies also have offices in Telecom Valley located in California. Although the Telecom Corridor was a booming area of Dallas's economy during the late 1990s, the dot-com bust of 2001 hit the region hard. However, it began recovering in 2004, and that recovery has since picked up momentum, gaining both the operations of many non-technology-related companies and many previously non-existent residential units designed in the New Urbanist style. The name "Telecom Corridor" is a registered trademark and may technically only be used to describe the area mentioned in this article.
Victory Park is a master planned development northwest of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA) and north of Spur 366. It is along Interstate 35E, part of the Stemmons Corridor and Uptown.
Cityplace is a TIF District and neighborhood in Old East Dallas, Texas (USA) - near the Uptown area of Dallas, adjacent to the intersection of Central Expressway and Haskell Avenue/Blackburn Street. East of Central Expressway, the neighborhood includes the tree-lined Haskell boulevard and travels past the 42-story Tower at Cityplace. At 42-stories, it is the tallest building in Dallas outside downtown. Also on the east is the newer Cityville high-end apartment complex. The west side Cityplace includes the new-urbanist West Village and the northern end of the Uptown neighborhood.
The City Center District is an area in north-central downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). It lies south of the Arts District, north of the Main Street District, northwest of Deep Ellum, southwest of Bryan Place and east of the West End Historic District. The district contains a large concentration of downtown commercial space which prior to 1950 had been concentrated along Main Street. The district also contains remnants of Theatre Row, the historical entertainment area along Elm Street which contained theatres such as the Majestic Theatre.

Camp Wisdom station is an at-grade DART Light Rail station along the Blue Line, which is located at 6712 Patrol Way in Dallas, Texas. It opened on October 24, 2016 as part of the South Oak Cliff Corridor extension. DART has hoped that this extension will help spur development south of Ledbetter along the new corridor to UNT Dallas. The station is within walking distance of the Dallas Police Department's South Central station. It also includes bus access from the west side of Patrol Way.
UNT Dallas station is a DART Light Rail in Dallas, Texas. It is located on the University of North Texas at Dallas campus at 7300 University Hills Road, and serves as the southern terminus of the Blue Line. It was constructed as part of the Southern Oak Cliff extension, and opened on October 24, 2016 along with the Camp Wisdom station. DART has hoped that this extension will help spur development south of Ledbetter along the new corridor to UNT Dallas. Bus access, kiss & ride access, general parking, and handicap parking will be provided at both stations of this new extension.
