Elena Butnaru (born 27 April 1975) is a retired Romanian female volleyball player, who played as a middle blocker.
She was part of the Romania women's national volleyball team at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Germany. [1] She also competed at the 2001 Women's European Volleyball Championship and 2005 Women's European Volleyball Championship. On club level she played with Pallavolo Palermo.
