Eleonora Soldo (born 17 January 1984) is an Italian road and track racing cyclist.

Soldo won in 2003, 2004 and 2005 different medals at European Track Cycling Championships for under-23, including a gold in the scratch in 2004. [1]

Hedwig Eleonora of Holstein-Gottorp was Queen of Sweden from 1654 until 1660 by marriage to Charles X Gustav of Sweden, and the mother of Charles XI. Soldo Italian medieval silver coin

Soldo was the name of an Italian medieval silver coin, issued for the first time in the late 12th century at Milan by Emperor Henry VI. The name derives from the late Roman coin solidus.

The florin was the currency of Lombardy-Venetia between 1862 and 1866. It replaced the pound at a rate of 1 florin = 3 pounds. The florin was equivalent to the Austro-Hungarian gulden. Although it was subdivided into 100 soldi rather than 100 Kreuzer, Austrian coins circulated in Venetia. The only coins issued specifically for Venetia were copper ​12 and 1 soldo pieces. The name soldo was chosen due to the equivalence of the predecimal Kreuzer and soldo, both worth ​1120 of a Conventionsthaler.
