Elias Ehlers

Elias Ehlers (born 15 December 1985, Holstebro, Denmark) is a Danish stand-up comedian. [1]

He was the winner of DM in stand-up 2006, [2] TV2 Zulu Comedy Fight Club in 2007, [3] and he has repeatedly appeared in Stand-up.dk and Comedy Aid. [4] His acts often consist of self-irony, flashbacks to his childhood and political considerations.

Nikolaj Ehlers Danish ice hockey player

Nikolaj Ehlers is a Danish professional ice hockey forward for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League (NHL). Ehlers previously played ice hockey in Switzerland, where his father Heinz was a coach, and then moved to North America in 2013 to play with the Halifax Mooseheads of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). After one year with Halifax he was selected ninth overall by the Jets in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft, and spent one more season in juniors before making the NHL. Internationally Ehlers has played for Denmark at both the junior and senior level, including at two World Championships.

He is best known for his various stand-up shows, appearances in numerous Danish TV-shows and his stand-up set on The Russell Howard Hour. His career breakthrough was winning the Danish version of Last Comic Standing in 2009, and he has since performed in sold-out theaters across Denmark, given standing ovations. He has had numerous successful and critically acclaimed shows, and his recent tour of Denmark sold 50.000 tickets.
