Elijah Connor is an American pop singer and songwriter. [1] He is known for starring in season two of The Four: Battle for Stardom on Fox with Sean Combs. [2] [3]

Career

Connor was born in Detroit, Michigan, and had a role on Donald Trump's reality television series The Ultimate Merger . [4] He landed a minor role in the movie Sparkle starring Whitney Houston, Mike Epps, and Jordin Sparks. He played himself in the NBC/Oxygen drama series Player Gets Played. [5] [6]

In October 2021, Connor signed with Blackground Records 2.0. [7] In February 2022, Connor left Blackground Records 2.0. and legally ended their business relationship, after only being there for 5 months.

In 2023, Connor starred in the TV show Grown & Gospel which is described as a "reality TV docuseries" about friends who are involved in the Detroit musical community as well as other places. [8] [9]

Early life

Connor graduated from Oakland County's Farmington High School. [10] While majoring in medicine in college, he worked as a print and runway model for Sears and Armani. [11]

Connor is the younger cousin to musician Prince. [12]

Connor Cook is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Michigan State Spartans and was their starting quarterback from 2013 to 2015. He holds the record for most career wins at Michigan State. Cook was selected in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL draft by the Oakland Raiders. After initially serving as the third-string backup to Derek Carr and Matt McGloin, Cook played in his first NFL game in the Raiders' last regular season game of the 2016 NFL season after Carr and McGloin suffered injuries. The 2016–17 Oakland Golden Grizzlies men's basketball team represented Oakland University (OU) during the 2016–17 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Golden Grizzlies were led by 33rd year head coach Greg Kampe and played their home games at the Athletics Center O'rena in Rochester, Michigan as members of the Horizon League. They finished the season 25–9, 14–4 in Horizon League play to finish in a share for the Horizon League regular season championship. As the No. 1 seed, they were upset in the quarterfinals of the Horizon League tournament by Youngstown State. As a conference champion and No. 1 seed who failed to win their conference tournament, they received an automatic bid to the National Invitation Tournament where they defeated Clemson in the first round to advance to the second round where they lost to Richmond.
