Umeå Municipality is a municipality in Västerbotten County in northern Sweden. Its seat is Umeå, which is also the county seat of Västerbotten County.
Socialist Alternative is a Trotskyist political party in Sweden. SAV is the Swedish section of International Socialist Alternative (ISA). SAV was called Arbetarförbundet Offensiv up until 1997 and the Socialist Justice Party until 2023. Ruth Valborg Maria Gustafson née Pettersson, was a Swedish politician, union worker, women's rights activist and editor. She was a member of the Stockholm city council from 1919 to 1938, a member of the second chamber of parliament from 1933 to 1960, and editor of the social democratic paper Morgonbris from 1908 to 1910 and 1919 to 1921. She was a member of the National Association for Women's Suffrage from 1902 to 1921, and a speaker of the left wing within the movement.

He is reputed to be the Social Democratic MP who put forward the highest number motions during his time at the Riksdagen. He was MP representing the Norrtälje municipality council between 1998 and 2010.
