Emanuel Asinikal is a paralympic athlete from Kenya competing mainly in category T13 Middle-distance events.
Emanuel competed in the 2004 Summer Paralympics winning a bronze in both the 1500m and 5000m. [1]
Uruguay sent a delegation to compete at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing. The country was represented by two athletes, competing in two sports.
Angola first competed at the Summer Paralympic Games in 1996, and has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then. The country has never participated in the Winter Paralympic Games.

Only two people have represented Barbados at the games: Daniel Coulthurst, who competed in cycling in 2000 and 2004, and David Taylor, who competed in swimming in 2008.

Ghana made its Paralympic Games début at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens, sending three representatives to compete in two sports. Nkegbe Botsyo, in athletics, took part in the men's 100m, 200m and 400m, in the T54 category. Ajara Mohammed entered the women's 800m and the marathon, also in the T54 category. Alfred Adjetey Sowah competed in powerlifting, in the men's up to 52 kg.
Turkmenistan made its Paralympic Games debut at the 2000 Summer Paralympics in Sydney, with Atajan Begniyazov as its sole representative. It has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then, but never in the Winter Paralympics. Turkmens have only ever competed in powerlifting, and have never won a medal at the Paralympic Games.
Kenya made its Paralympic Games début at the 1972 Summer Paralympics. It was absent in 1976, but returned to the 1980 Summer Games and has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then. It has never competed at the Winter Paralympics.
Kyrgyzstan made its Paralympic Games début at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta and has competed in every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then - albeit with delegations consisting in no more than three athletes. Kyrgyzstan made its début at the Winter Paralympics in 2014 in Sochi.
Zambia made its Paralympic Games debut at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, with a single athlete competing in men's track and field. In 2000, Zambia had two representatives, once more in track and field. The country was absent from the 2004 Games, but sent one representative in 2008.
Libya made its Paralympic Games début as the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, sending four representatives to compete in powerlifting. The country has competed at every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then, but has never taken part in the Winter Paralympics. Libyan delegations have always been fairly small: three judokas, two powerlifters and a volleyball team in 2000; two powerlifters in 2004; a powerlifter and two table tennis players in 2008.
Benin made its Paralympic Games début at the 2000 Summer Paralympics in Sydney, sending a single representative to compete in athletics. The country has competed at every edition of the Summer Paralympics since then, but has never taken part in the Winter Paralympics. No competitor for Benin has ever won a medal.
Suriname made its Paralympic Games début at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens, sending two athletes to compete in the shot put. The country had a single representative in 2008 - a male sprinter. Suriname has never taken part in the Winter Paralympics, and has never won a Paralympic medal.
Uruguay made its Paralympic Games début at the 1992 Summer Paralympics in Barcelona, sending just two representatives to compete in track and field. The country has competed in every subsequent edition of the Summer Paralympics, but never in the Winter Paralympics. Its delegations have always been small, never consisting in more than three competitors.
Myanmar has been a sporadic participant in the Paralympic Games. It first competed, as Burma, at the 1976 Summer Paralympics in Toronto, with a delegation in track and field and shooting. These athletes were fairly successful, Tin Ngwe becoming Burma's first Paralympic champion by winning the men's 100m sprint in the C1 category. Aung Than won silver in the same event, while Tin Win took bronze in the men's 100m in category C. Burma was absent from the 1980 Games, returning in 1984 to take part in volleyball and track and field. Tin Ngwe, in category A3, won gold in the men's high jump, and silver in the long jump, while Aung Gyi won silver and bronze, respectively, in those same two events. In both Burma's appearances in the Paralympics, it fielded all-male delegations.
The Union of Serbia and Montenegro only competed at the Paralympic Games under that name at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens. In 1992, its athletes competed as Independent Paralympic Participants. From 1996 to 2000, included, it was officially known as the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The International Paralympic Committee lists the country as "Yugoslavia" up to 2000, included, and considers that "Serbia and Montenegro" participated only in 2004. In 2006, the Union split into two sovereign countries, henceforth competing separately as Serbia and Montenegro.
Comoros made its Paralympic Games debut at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, sending one representative to compete in swimming.
Argentina competed in the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan from 24 August to 5 September 2021.
Hernán Emanuel Urra is an Argentine Paralympic athlete with cerebral palsy competing in F35-classification shot put events. He is a three-time silver medalist at the Summer Paralympics.
