The Embassy of Armenia in Baghdad is the diplomatic mission of Armenia to Iraq. The chancery is located at Baghdad's International Zone (Green Zone).
Since November 2018 Mr. Hrachya Poladian is the Armenian Ambassador in Baghdad. [1]
Diplomatic relations between Armenia and the Republic of Iraq were established on February 12, 1992. In 2000 Armenia opened its embassy in Baghdad, and the Embassy of Iraq was opened in Yerevan in 2001.
Due to the war in 2003 Armenia and Iraq have interrupted the activities of their embassies. Armenia has reopened its embassy in Baghdad in October 2010. Iraqi Embassy in Yerevan resumed its activities in 2012. [2]
Since its independence, Armenia has maintained a policy of complementarism by trying to have positive and friendly relations with Iran, Russia, and the West, including the United States and the European Union. It has full membership status in a number of international organizations and observer status, etc. in some others. However, the dispute over the Armenian Genocide of 1915 and the ongoing Nagorno-Karabakh conflict have created tense relations with two of its immediate neighbors, Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Kyrgyzstan favors close relations with other members of the Commonwealth of Independent States, particularly Kazakhstan and Russia.
The Republic of Guinea-Bissau follows a nonaligned foreign policy and seeks friendly and cooperative relations with a wide variety of states and organizations. France, Portugal, Angola, Brazil, Egypt, Nigeria, Libya, Cuba, the Palestine Liberation Organization, and Russia have diplomatic offices in Bissau.
Mongolia has diplomatic relations with 188 states—187 UN states, the Holy See and the European Union. Of the states with limited recognition it has relations only with the State of Palestine.

The United States recognized the independence of Armenia on December 25, 1991, and opened an embassy in the capital city of Armenia, Yerevan in February 1992.

Arshak Pavlovi Poladian (born May 15, 1950) is an Armenian diplomat,historian, orientalistand author. Since 2019, Dr. Poladian is Armenian's ambassador to Tunisia and Morocco with residence in Yerevan. Previously Poladian was ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Armenia to Syria from 2007 to 2018 and Armenia's non-resident ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 2011 to 2018. Poladian also served as the Armenian ambassador to the United Arab Emirates from 2002 to 2006, and as the Armenian ambassador (non-resident) to the State of Kuwait and Kingdom of Bahrain from 2003 to 2007.
Karen Levoni Grigorian is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the Arab Republic of Egypt. Mr. Karen Grigorian, a career member of the Armenian Foreign Service, was appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Egypt by presidential decree on November 20, 2018. Prior to assuming this position, Ambassador Grigorian served as Armenia's Ambassador to Iraq from June 26, 2014 to October 25, 2018.
Hrachya Poladian is the 3-rd Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Iraq. Mr. Hrachya Poladian, a career member of the Armenian Foreign Service, was appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Iraq by the presidential decree on October 25, 2018. On November 29, 2019 Foreign Minister of Iraq Mohamad A. Alhakim received copy of the credentials of Ambassador Mr. Hrachya Poladian, the new Ambassador of Armenia to Baghdad and discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples.
