Emmett Brown (born August 18, 2003) [1] is an American football quarterback for the San Jose State Spartans. He previously played for the Washington State Cougars.
Brown attended San Marcos High School located in San Marcos, California. Coming out of high school, Brown decided to join the Washington State Cougars to play college football as a preferred walk-on. [2] [3]
In Brown's first collegiate season in 2022, he would use the season to redshirt and did not appear in any games. [4] During the 2023 season, Brown played in just one game completing two of his four passes for 14 yards and an interception. [5] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Brown decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal. [6] [7]
Brown decided to transfer to play for the San Jose State Spartans. [8] [9] Brown opened the 2024 season as the team's starter where in week one, he 20 of his 34 pass attempts for 298 yards and three touchdowns in a win. [10] In week two, Brown completed 17 of his 32 passes for 262 yards and two touchdowns, as he helped San Jose State to a win over Air Force. [11]

Aaron Garcia is a former professional American football quarterback who played 19 seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL), from 1995 to 2014. He played college football at Washington State University before transferring to California State University, Sacramento. After retiring from the AFL, Garcia was named the head coach of the Las Vegas Outlaws in September 2014, and was formally introduced as the head coach of the Outlaws on October 11, 2014. Garcia is married to Bryn Garcia and has five children, Gigi, Bella, Anthony, Christian, and Jaxon.

The 1998 Rose Bowl was a college football bowl game, part of the 1997–98 college bowl season, played on January 1 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. The 84th Rose Bowl Game, it featured top-ranked Michigan beating Washington State 21–16, and Wolverine quarterback Brian Griese was named the Rose Bowl Player of the Game. The next Rose Bowl was part of the newly formed Bowl Championship Series (BCS). This was also the final year that the game was not branded with corporate sponsorship.
Jason John Gesser is an American college football former player and assistant athletic director who is currently the offensive coordinator at Seton Catholic High School in Vancouver, Washington. He played quarterback for Washington State Cougars, Utah Blaze of the Arena Football League (AFL), Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL), and the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). After his playing career ended, Gesser went into coaching. In 2012 he was the interim head coach of the Idaho Vandals. From 2014 to 2018 he was the assistant athletic director at Washington State.
The 1975 Washington Huskies football team represented the University of Washington in the 1975 NCAA Division I football season as a member of the Pacific-8 Conference (Pac-8). The Huskies were led by head coach Don James in his first year, and played their home games at Husky Stadium in Seattle. They finished season at 6–5 overall(5–2 in the Pac-8).

Connor Halliday is an American former professional football quarterback. He was signed by the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent in 2015. After his release for the Redskins he was signed by the BC Lions in the same year and the Montreal Alouettes in 2016 but both teams released him after two days. He played college football at Washington State. Halliday is tied for first on the NCAA Division I FBS single-game passing yardage record with 734 yards, which he set in a losing effort versus Cal in 2014.
