Enrique Cepeda is a paralympic athlete from Cuba competing mainly in category F12 long and triple jump events.
Enrique has competed in three Paralympics winning medals at each games. His first games were in 1992 where as well as competing in the 200m and long jump he won a bronze in the 100m and gold in the triple jump. After missing the 1996 games he returned in 2000 in Sydney competing in the 100m and winning a gold medal in the F13 long jump. He followed this up in 2004 with competing in both the long and triple jump and assisting the Cuban T11-13 4 × 100 m to a silver medal. [1]

Luis Felipe Gutiérrez Rivero is a visually impaired Paralympic athlete from Cuba. He competes in T13 sprint and F13 jumping events. He won a bronze medal in the 100 m T13 and finished fifth in the 200 m T13 event at the 2008 Summer Paralympics. At the next Paralympics he won a gold medal in the long jump F13 and a silver in the 100 m T13. He also won four gold and one silver medals at the Parapan American Games in 2011 and 2015.

Olivia "Livvy" Breen is a Welsh Paralympian athlete, who competes for Wales and Great Britain mainly in T38 sprint and F38 long jump events. She qualified for the 2012 Summer Paralympics and was selected for the T38 100m and 200m sprint and was also part of the T35-38 women's relay team. She has also represented Wales at the 2014, 2018 and 2022 Commonwealth Games winning gold in the F38 Long Jump in 2018 and gold in the T37/38 100m in 2022.

The 2013 IPC Athletics World Championships was the biggest track and field competition for athletes with a disability since the 2012 Summer Paralympics. It was held in Lyon, France, and lasted from 20 to 28 July. Around 1,100 athletes competed, from 94 different countries. The event was held in the Stade du Rhône located at the Parc de Parilly in Vénissieux, in Lyon Metropolis.
