Eva Štepáncíková (born 11 December 1972) is a retired Czech female volleyball player, who played as a setter. She was part of the Czech Republic women's national volleyball team.

Volleyball is a popular team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964.

She participated in the 1994 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship, [1] and at the 2002 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Germany. [2] On club level she played with Pallavolo Palermo. [3]
