Eva Emilova (born 18 December 2009) is a Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast. [1] She is the 2023 world and European Junior champion with the Bulgarian team.

Personal life

She took up gymnastics at age five in Sofia, after being introduced to the sport by her father. In her free time she enjoys swimming, spending time with family. [2] [3]

Career

She became national champion in 2022. [4] In 2023 she won All-Around gold, 5 balls gold and 5 ropes silver at Miss Valentine. [5] [6] At the Sofia Tournament the junior group won gold in the All-Around and with 5 ropes, bronze with 5 balls. [7] In May she competed at the European Championships in Baku, where she won silver in the All-Around and gold with 5 balls and 5 ropes. [8] In July Eva and Vanesa Emilova, Andrea Ivanova, Krasimira Ivanova, Gabriela Peeva, Tsveteyoana Peycheva became junior All-Around champion and won silver with 5 balls and 5 ropes at the 2nd edition of the tournament in Cluj-Napoca. She is the European all-around champion and team champion with the Bulgarian team in 2023 and 2024, as well as a silver medalist in the 5-hoop final. She won gold in the senior team competition at the 2022 European Championships.

Kamelia Petrova is a Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast. She is world champion in All-around with the Bulgarian team at the world championship 2022 in Sofia and world champion in final with 3 ribbons+2balls. She is the European all-around champion and team champion with the Bulgarian team in 2023 and 2024, as well as a silver medalist in the 5-hoop final. Elvira Krasnobaeva is a Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2024 European bronze medalist with ribbon and team champion, the 2022 junior European hoop champion and 2023 junior World ball champion. At national level she is the 2024 Senior all-around silver medalist. She is also the 2022 and 2023 Junior national champion, as well as the 2021 Junior all-around silver medalist.
