Evgeny Sokolov (born 11 June 1984) is a Russian road bicycle racer who last rode for UCI ProTour team Bbox Bouygues Telecom.

Viatcheslav Vladimirovich Ekimov is a Russian former professional racing cyclist. A triple Olympic gold medalist, he was awarded the title of Russian Cyclist of the Century in 2001.

Andrei Tchmil is a retired Soviet, Moldovan (1992–1994), Ukrainian (1994–1998) and Belgian professional road bicycle racer. He competed in the men's individual road race at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
Piotr Ugrumov is a former Russian-Latvian professional road racing cyclist who participated for Latvia after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, though he was a part of the Russian delegation at the 1996 Summer Olympics. His career as a professional lasted from 1989 to 1999, he had ten victories. Ugrumov finished second at the 1994 Tour de France. Between 1990 and 1996 he came in the Top 10 of seven Grand Tours, four in the Giro, two in the Tour and one in the Vuelta.
Denis Nikolayevich Menshov is a former professional Russian road bicycle racer, who rode as a professional between 2000 and 2013. He was best known as a general classification rider, a climber and an accomplished time trialist. In 2005 he finished second in the Vuelta a España and in 2007 he finished as the champion. He also won the centenary Giro d'Italia in 2009 and finished second in the Tour de France in 2010 becoming the first Russian to do so. He was later disqualified from that Tour de France, as well as the 2009 and 2012 editions, owing to adverse biological passport findings.
Zulfiya Khasanovna Zabirova is a Russian professional cycle racer who won the gold medal in the time trial event in the 1996 Olympics and later, in 2002, won the World Time Trial Championship.
Vladimir Alexandrovich Karpets is a Russian road bicycle racer, who last rode for UCI ProTeam Movistar Team. Karpets is most notable for winning the white jersey for best young rider in the 2004 Tour de France and his victories in the overall classifications of the Volta a Catalunya and the Tour de Suisse, both in 2007. Karpets is also a two-time Olympian.
Samuel "Samu" Sánchez González is a Spanish former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally in the sport between 2000 and 2017 for the Euskaltel–Euskadi and BMC Racing Team squads. He was the gold medal winner in the road race at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. In the following years Sánchez proved himself in hilly classics and stage races as one of the most important riders in the peloton. He was also known as one of the best descenders in the peloton. He finished in the top 6 of the Tour de France three times and in the top 10 of the Vuelta a España 6 times. Other notable achievements include winning the Vuelta a Burgos in 2010, the 2012 Tour of the Basque Country and five stages of the Vuelta a España.
Jean Aerts was a Belgian road bicycle racer who specialized as a sprinter. Aerts became the first man to win both the world amateur (1927) and professional (1935) road race championships. In 1935, Aerts captured first place and the gold medal at the professional UCI Road World Championships in Floreffe, Belgium.
Alexandr Vasilievich Kolobnev is a Russian former professional road bicycle racer. His major victories include winning the 2007 Monte Paschi Eroica, a stage of the 2007 Paris–Nice and he is a two-time winner of the Russian National Road Race Championships. In 2011, he was provisionally suspended after testing positive for a potential drug masking agent. He was cleared of intentional doping by the Court of Arbitration for Sport in February 2012, and returned to Team Katusha in March 2012.

Gordon McCauley is a New Zealand cyclist. He has won the men's New Zealand road race championships a record five times and the New Zealand time trial championships a record three times. He was also the first New Zealander to break the 50 minute barrier for the 40 km time trial, recording a time of 49 minutes 50 seconds at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, winning the bronze medal.
Svetlana Yuryevna Bubnenkova-Stolbova is a racing cyclist from Russia. She represented her native country at three Summer Olympics: 1996, 2000 and 2004. Her biggest achievement was winning the 2002 Giro d'Italia Femminile. Bubnenkova twice won the world title in the women's team time trial. She tested positive for the use of EPO in the Tour Féminin en Limousin 2006. In June 2007 she was suspended for two years by the French doping association. Later the UCI adopted this suspension, but due to miscommunications Bubnenkova continued to race in 2007. At the end of 2007 the UCI disqualified Bubnenkova in all races she started between June and September 2007.

Alexander Mironov is a Russian professional road bicycle racer, who last rode for UCI Professional Continental Team RusVelo. He is the 2005 under-23 national road race champion and the winner of 2010 Trofeo Franco Balestra. He turned professional in 2011, riding for the UCI ProTour team Team Katusha, but moved to RusVelo for the 2012 season.
