Faat Zakirov (Russian: Фаат Закиров) (born 3 January 1974 in Andijan) is a former Russian cyclist. [1]

Viatcheslav Vladimirovich Ekimov, nicknamed Eki, is a Russian former professional racing cyclist. A triple Olympic gold medalist, he was awarded the title of Russian Cyclist of the Century in 2001. In October 2012, he was announced as the general manager of the Russian Team Katusha–Alpecin. The UCI, in a letter written to Katusha Team, denied them entrance into the 2013 World Tour. Among the many ethical violations the UCI cited, the appointment of Ekimov was among them for reasons unspecified.

Denis Nikolayevich Menchov is a former professional Russian road bicycle racer, who rode as a professional between 2000 and 2013. He was best known as a general classification rider, a climber, and a very good time trialist. In 2005 he finished second in the Vuelta a España, but in 2007 he would finish as the champion. Menchov also won the centenary Giro d'Italia in 2009, and finished second in the Tour de France in 2010 becoming the first Russian to do so. He was later disqualified from this Tour de France, along with the 2009 and 2012 editions, due to adverse biological passport findings.

Pavel Sergeyevich Tonkov is a former professional road racing cyclist from Russia. His talents were first showcased when winning the world junior title as part of the Soviet Union team in 1987. This alerted the world to his talents, and he turned pro in 1992 with the RUSS-Baïkal team. His biggest success was the overall win in the 1996 edition of the Giro d'Italia. He also placed 2nd in the following two editions of the Italian race.
In 1995 he won the Tour de Suisse and in 1997 he won the Tour de Romandie. In 2000 he placed 3rd overall in the Vuelta a España. Throughout much of his career, he was a client of the controversial Michele Ferrari.
He retired in 2005.

Svetlana Yuryevna Bubnenkova-Stolbova is a racing cyclist from Russia. She represented her native country at three Summer Olympics: 1996, 2000 and 2004. Her biggest achievement was winning the 2002 Giro d'Italia Femminile. Bubnenkova twice won the world title in the women's team time trial. She tested positive for the use of EPO in the Tour Féminin en Limousin 2006. In June 2007 she was suspended for two years by the French doping association. Later the UCI adopted this suspension, but due to miscommunications Bubnenkova continued to race in 2007. At the end of 2007 the UCI disqualified Bubnenkova in all races she started between June and September 2007.
