Fairy Tale is a Canadian LGBT dating television series. [1]

Hosted by Nelson Tomé and produced by Canadian media company Hiltz Squared Media Group, [2] with producer Eryn Billings, the program premiered on PrideVision in 2003, [2] and aired for two seasons. One of the show's first contestants was comedian Trevor Boris, [3] who was later also a writer for the series. [4]

The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends is an American animated television series that originally aired from November 19, 1959, to June 27, 1964, on the ABC and NBC television networks. Produced by Jay Ward Productions, the series is structured as a variety show, with the main feature being the serialized adventures of the two title characters, the anthropomorphic flying squirrel Rocket J. ("Rocky") Squirrel and moose Bullwinkle J. Moose. Faerie Tale Theatre is an American award-winning live-action fairytale fantasy drama anthology television series created and presented by actress Shelley Duvall. The series originally ran on Showtime from September 11, 1982, until November 14, 1987 before being sold internationally. Twenty-five of the series' 27 episodes are each a retelling of a classic fairy tale, particularly one written by The Brothers Grimm, Charles Perrault, or Hans Christian Andersen. Episode 18 is based on the poem "The Pied Piper of Hamelin". The 27th and final episode is a reunion special of cast and crew, titled "Grimm Party", in which, in fairy tale style, they attend a gala in fancy dress.

Awesome Magical Tales is an animated series created by Adolfo Martinez Vara and José C. Garcia de Letona. Inspired by the characters from the 2003 Mexican animated film, Magos y Gigantes, the series was created and produced by Ánima Estudios and co-produced with SLR Productions, Home Plate Entertainment and Telegael Teoranta. It made its first introduction on Seven Network in Australia on 31 December 2012. In Mexico, the show premiered on digital and streaming platforms, dubbed as Generación Fairytale.

Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings is a documentary television series featuring couples and their Disney-themed weddings, airing on Disney's Freeform network and the Disney+ streaming service. The series was removed from Disney+ on May 26, 2023.

<i>The Bravest Knight</i> Canadian animated series

The Bravest Knight is a Canadian animated television series, produced by Big Bad Boo Studios and a Hulu original which became the first kids original on the streaming service. The first episodes were added to the streaming service on June 21, 2019 and the other eight on October 11, 2019. The show, which was created by Daniel Errico, and directed by Shabnam Rezaei. It is a fantasy and adventure story focused on how a young kid and pumpkin farmer turned into the "bravest knight" through wild adventures across the lands, which he tells his adopted daughter. The series is one of the first all-ages animations to have an "openly gay main character".

Calgary Queer Arts Society (CQAS) is a Canadian registered nonprofit organization. First established as the Fairy Tales Presentation Society in 2004, the organization rebranded as the Calgary Queer Arts Society in 2018. It seeks to give a voice to queer people through storytelling. Currently, the organization runs the Fairy Tales Queer Film Festival, Coming Out Monologues YYC, OUTReels Diversity Education Program, and the Ally Toolkit Conference.
