Faith Church (also known as FaithChurch.com & Crank Ministries) is a nondenominational, charismatic, word of faith [1] [2] [3] multi-site megachurch with approximately 6,500 in weekly attendance in 2023 [4] led by Pastor David Crank and wife Nicole Crank. Faith Church has six campuses, including four in the St Louis area: Sunset Hills, Earth City, Weldon Spring and Ferguson; with two in the Palm Beach-Miami area: West Palm Beach and Royal Palm Beach and one campus in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2015, Outreach Magazine named Faith Church as one of the fastest growing churches in the United States [9] In 2017, Faith Church Pastor David Crank announced plans to construct a sixth campus in the Ferguson-Florissant [10] region of St. Louis.

Journey Church is a Pentecostal church with locations in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Burlington, Wisconsin, Beach Park, Illinois, and Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. It is affiliated with the Assemblies of God USA. Its lead pastor is Kevin Taylor. Since its founding in the US, the church has also opened a campus in Vilnius, Lithuania. The location in Kenosha holds two weekend services with an attendance over 2,600. The location in Burlington holds one weekend services with an attendance of about 150. Beginning on the afternoon of September 15, 2017, a series of protests took place in St. Louis, Missouri, following the acquittal of former St. Louis police officer Jason Stockley in the shooting of Anthony Lamar Smith, a black man. Over 160 people were arrested during the first three days of demonstrations, with largely peaceful protests. There has been significant criticism around the police and governmental response to protests, resulting in lawsuits from the ACLU.
