Family Reunion is the world's first "virtual" country music band. [1] It is composed of six anonymous American musicians and composers living in Virginia, Tennessee, Texas, and California. A majority of the songs were composed by Brian Rock (BMI) and Chris Spradling (BMI) who first worked together in Roanoke, Virginia. The duo also had submissions with American Idol.
In 2010, Family Reunion released the single Blue Collar King. The members live in different parts of the US. [2]
The six professional musicians and songwriters in Family Reunion have over 50 years of experience in the music industry. But, tired of playing On the Road Again on the road for so long, they had individually decided to settle down with more stable gigs including session work and sound production for film. Then, a chance discussion at an actual family reunion united the six individual musicians into a single, country-wide band. [1]
In 2010, Family Reunion were awarded platinum and gold “Auddys” from the music review site Uplaya.com. [3] In 2011, their singles “A Hard Man (Is Good To Find)” and “Yes” reached the top 40 charts of the European ECMA. [4] In 2012, their debut CD, Family Album, was released. [5] The album received a short review in The Dallas Morning News (rated "B"). [6] Later that year, Family Reunion was nominated for 3 ICoMA Awards (Song of the Year, Album of the Year and Best Country Band.) [7] In June 2012, they were presented with the award for the Independent Country Music Association (ICoMA) Album of the Year. [8]

The Script are an Irish rock band formed in 2001 in Dublin, by lead vocalist, keyboardist, and guitarist Danny O'Donoghue, lead guitarist Mark Sheehan and drummer Glen Power. The band moved to London after signing to Sony Label Group imprint Phonogenic and released their first album The Script in August 2008, preceded by the debut single "We Cry" as well as other singles such as "The Man Who Can't Be Moved", "Breakeven" and "Before the Worst". The album peaked at number one in both Ireland and the UK. Kentucky Blue Collar Band are an American country rock band. They were founded in 2004 deep in the foothills of Eastern Kentucky as the Blue Collar Band, composed of Goble Cantrell and Mark Rohan (drums) along with Don Hayes and Dean Ball. After discovering that another band already existed in Louisville, Kentucky, with the name "Blue Collar Band", the band added "Kentucky" to its name and thus became the Kentucky Blue Collar Band. The band began performing as the Kentucky Blue Collar Band in 2006, adding Marc Currens as bass guitarist and harmony vocalist in 2008. With the release of their debut album Rockin' the Road in 2006 with independent record label Huba Records, the band garnered a good rotation of local radio play. Their second album Long Hard Road, released in 2009, fared much better and was widely played, including winning song of the month in May 2009 on a Texas radio station, Hoss the Boss, with DJ Don Cudd, as well as coming in fourth for song of the year on that same station's yearly contest for 2009, setting an all-time record at that point for most fan votes of any one song in the history of the contest. The band released their third album Evolution on March 15, 2011, with that album still working its way into and up the charts.
