Faux Real is a French-American art pop duo consisting of brothers Elliott Arndt and Virgile Arndt. [1]

History

The duo began in 2020, releasing singles and their first EP, titled Faux Real, which was co-produced by Jay Watson. [2] In 2024, the duo returned with their debut album, titled Faux Ever, through City Slang. [3] [4] Prior to the albums release, the duo released the singles ""Rent Free", "Walking Away From My Demons", [5] "Hi Tension", [6] and "Love on the Ground". [7] The album received positive reviews. [8] In late 2024, the duo announced a North American headlining tour for 2025. [9]

Fake Shark is a Canadian alternative rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia. Originally formed in 2005, while their early musical style mainly combined elements of dance punk, post-hardcore and IDM, the group gradually evolved to a more commercially streamlined sound in 2015, within the realm of indie rock, electro pop, new wave and slacker rock. They are best known for their 2021 hit single, "Loser", which charted to #3 on the Canadian alternative radio and are currently signed to Canadian independent label, Light Organ Records.

Pist Idiots are an Australian pub rock band from Revesby, New South Wales. The band's line-up consists of lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Jack Griffith, drummer Jonathon Sullivan and brothers Joseph and Thomas (bass) Quine.
