Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury is a Bangladeshi politician who has served as the first female speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad since April 2013. At 46,she became the youngest to assume the office. She was also the chairperson of the executive committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association between 2014 and 2017. She previously served as the state minister of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs of Bangladesh.
Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali is the current finance minister of Bangladesh who also served as parliamentarian and cabinet minister including the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh from 2013 to 2019. He previously served as Minister of Disaster Management and Relief from 2012 to 2013.

Jahangir Kabir Nanak is a Bangladesh Awami League politician. He is the incumbent Minister of Textiles and Jute of Bangladesh and the incumbent Member of Parliament representing the Dhaka-13 constituency since January 2024. Nanak is also Presidium Member of Bangladesh Awami League. He was the president of the Bangladesh Jubo League and General Secretary of the Bangladesh Chhatra League.

The Fourth Hasina ministry was the 20th cabinet of Bangladesh headed by Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina which was formed after the 2018 general election which was held on 30 December 2018. The results of the election were announced on 31 December 2018 and this led to the formation of the 11th assembly in the Jatiya Sangsad. The swearing-in ceremony was arranged in Bangabhaban in the Capital.
The Bangladesh Mohila Awami League is the women wing of Bangladesh Awami League. Meher Afroze Chumki is the president and Shabnam Jahan Shila is the general secretary of the league. The Mohila League has infrequent elections for local and national positions,and witnesses fractional conflicts.
