Timothy Norman Lenardon is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played 15 games in the National Hockey League for the New Jersey Devils and Vancouver Canucks between 1986 and 1990. Lenardon spent the rest of his career mainly in the minor American Hockey League and International Hockey League, retiring in 1993. He currently serves on the scouting staff of the Vancouver Canucks.

Italy sent a delegation to compete at the 1976 Summer Paralympics in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Its athletes finished twenty fifth in the overall medal count.

The fall of the Fascist regime in Italy, also known in Italy as 25 Luglio, came as a result of parallel plots led respectively by Count Dino Grandi and King Victor Emmanuel III during the spring and summer of 1943, culminating with a successful vote of no confidence against the Prime Minister Benito Mussolini at the meeting of the Grand Council of Fascism on 24–25 July 1943. As a result, a new government was established, putting an end to the 21 years of Fascist rule in the Kingdom of Italy, and Mussolini was placed under arrest.

Felice De Nicolò was an Italian alpine skier. He finished 25th in the downhill at the 1960 Winter Olympics and 28th in the giant slalom at the 1964 Winter Olympics. In 1964 he won the downhill and slalom events at the Three Cableways Cup. De Nicolò died on 4 October 2023, at the age of 81.

Norman Lenardon was a Canadian ice hockey player with the Trail Smoke Eaters. He scored the winning goal to help Canada secure a gold medal at the 1961 World Ice Hockey Championships in Switzerland. He also played with the Rossland Warriors and Seattle Americans.
