Fella Precious Makafui (born 19 August 1995) is a Ghanaian actress and a philanthropist. [1] [2] She is known mostly for her role in Yolo (Ghanaian TV series). [3] [4] She was born at Anfoega, Akukome, Volta Region, Ghana. She was born and raised there after her father reportedly abandoned htem when she was young. [5]

Personal life and education

Fella was born 19 August, 1995 in Volta Region, Ghana. She completed her Junior high school at Kabore school complex and she completed her secondary education at Kpando Senior High School and went on to attend the University of Ghana. [2]

She was married to the singer and rapper Medikal with whom she has a daughter named Island. They announced their separation on 30 March, 2024. [6]

Career

Makafui started her career as a model. She later went into acting which brought her to the limelight when she starred in the popular YOLO (You Only Live Once) television series. Fella was featured in a couple movies like Swings, Once Upon a Family, [7] Kada River, and Chaskele. [8] In Once Upon a Family, Fella got to work alongside with notable actors in the entertainment industry like Nigerian actress Mercy Johnson who played the lead role. [2] She is currently the new ambassador of Castle Gate Estate. [9]
