Fernando Carlos Curcio Ferreira (born January 26, 1981, in Montevideo, Uruguay) is a Uruguayan former footballer who played as a forward.
Montevideo is the capital and largest city of Uruguay. According to the 2011 census, the city proper has a population of 1,319,108 in an area of 201 square kilometers (78 sq mi). Montevideo is situated on the southern coast of the country, on the northeastern bank of the Río de la Plata.
Maldonado is the capital city of Maldonado Department, in eastern Uruguay. According to the 2023 Census, it is the fourth most populated city in the country, with about 90 thousand inhabitants. In their home stadium, Rampla won the Uruguayan championship in 1927. In 2019, the Rampla Juniors Fútbol Club had Estadio Olímpico, with 6,000 capacity, as its home stadium. Fans are nicknamed "The Flintstones", as they helped build the team's home stadium in the 1960s, which resembled a quarry.
